In addition to the above you will enjoy strong after sales support & warranty as below –

1. Inverter (Both Online & Offline) – 12 Months from the date on invoice.
2. SMF Battery – 200 AH - 12 Months from the date on invoice.
3. SMF Battery – 100 AH – 6 Months from the date on invoice.
4. Wet Cell Battery – 18 Months from the date on invoice.
 Warranty Clauses are as below:
1. Warranty period from the date of purchase covers only manufacturing defaults.
2. Warranty for replaced product is valid only for the remaining period as per original warranty terms.
3. Warranty does not cover any abuse, physical damage and/or improper installation cases.
4. Use of external chargers for the battery charging will void the warranty.
5. Battery bulging is not covered under the warranty.
6. Warranty is void if Original Invoice is not presented during any claim.
7. Warranty void if the connection/installation not done by Simba Service authorised personnel.

The above benefits accrue for the period of a fiscal cycle which is Twelve (12) months from
the date the proposal is effective.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY:
For in-branch locations* delivery shall be made within 1 - 3 working days from the date of
payment confirmation along with LPO. And for the out-branch locations, delivery shall be made
within 7 working days from the date of payment confirmation by the bank. For out branch
locations delivery charges shall be as applicable.

INSTALLATION:
Standard installation includes inverter battery connections on rack to the DB up to 3m distance.
Any additional electrical works charged as per actuals.
PAYMENT TERMS: 100% ADVANCE PAYMENT

*In-branch locations - SIMBA branch locations at Lagos, Ibadan, Kano, Abuja, Port Harcourt and
Kaduna.
*Out-Branch Locations - All the locations outside the Simba Branch locations.
