* Membership Fee will be levied along with applicable GST at the end of 90 days if either of the above conditions are not met.
* Second year Fee waiver is based on Spends Threshold in first 12 months (For details Refer www.hdfcbank.com).
* I hereby agree and give my consent to HDFC Bank to issue me a Business credit card variant according to Banks internal guidelines and basis my occupation
type provided in the credit card application form. I also agree that Business Credit card variants can be issued only to Self Employed / Proprietors /
Partners Customers.
