Cajun Shrimp, Sausage, and Lump Crab Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp
1 pound sausage (your choice)
1 8oz. jumbo lump crabmeat
1 lb pasta (your choice) *I used whole wheat pasta*
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 tablespoons salted butter
1 1/2 tsp of minced garlic
1 capful of liquid crab boil
1 can rotel (drained)
2 cups of half and half
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup shredded parmesan
1 cup of the 4 cheese Mexican brand
cajun seasoning, old bay, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion & garlic powder, parsley, and black
peppercorn (optional)
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Clean and pat dry your shrimp
Toss shrimp in olive oil and season with cajun seasoning, old bay, paprika, garlic powder, parsley, black
pepper, and liquid crab boil.
Slice sausage and sauté on low or medium heat( depends if you like it crispy or not) in skillet for 4 mins
Remove sausage and set aside
Add salt and 1 tsp of olive oil to boiling water
Add pasta to boiling water and cook pasta al dente according to package instructions
Drain the pasta and add 1 tbsp of butter to stop the cooking process. *DO NOT RINSE YOUR PASTA
NOODLES W/ WATER*
Make sure skillet is on low heat setting
Add 2 tbsp of salted butter to skillet
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil
Add minced garlic
Add 1 1/2 cup of half & half
Add black peppercorn (optional)
Simmer for 3 mins.
Add Italian seasoning, cajun seasoning, black pepper, onion & garlic powder, and parsley.
Add drained rotel
Add cheese
Add 1/2 cup of half and half
Simmer for 5 mins.
Add raw shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add sausage & lump crab
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Stir in pasta noodles
