1. Promotion:

Q mobile used to use heavy market campaigns to promote their product such
as they used the celebrities to make awareness about their products in the
market. They cast famous actors, singers and models like atif aslam, shahid
kapoor , arjun kapoor etc. People at that time actually got themselves Noir
phones just because Kareena Kapoor or Fawad Khan was endorsing it. but
now in the current market situation q mobile is not using stars to promote its
product but now it is using the concept of product placement in their
marketing strategy. For example the TV serial BulBulay was promoting Q
Mobile products. There is no cost involved in such kind of advertising but it
creates awareness among the people. Q mobile also gave free gift hampers to
promote their product For example entertainment show like jeeto pakitan
where fahad used the tag line “yeh Qmobile ka mobile ap ka hui”.

2. Product

Q mobile introduced the wide range of mobile devices considering the needs
and wants of their customer. Its wide range includes tablets, smart phones,
simple bar phones and window phones. Company tries to provide maximum
facility to its customer. They provide 1 year mobile warranty to their
customers. Some of the famous Q mobile products are Q mobile Noir E8, Q
mobile Z14, Q mobile Noir M6 Lite, Q mobile noir z9 plus, Q mobile phantom
p1 and Qtab V500 etc. These all devices include latest feature GPRS, touch
screen, 3G, buil in camera etc.

3. Price

The mission of the q mobile is to provide the product with all the features at
very reasonable price. So the prices of the q mobile products are very less as
compared to the other brands or competitors. They usually set the prices of
the product in such a way that all the consumers rich, poor or middle class can
easily buy it. For example, Q smart LT 200 is of Rs.7, 999, Q mobile Noir M6
Lite is of Rs.15000 and Q mobile noir E8 is of Rs. 48000 etc.

4. Place

Placement of the product is the most important thing in creating image of the
product in customers mind. Q mobile place its product at all the big markets of
mobile phone beside its competitors such vivo, Huawei and LG. its placement
beside the competitors give it advantage that the customer while buying the
product consider buying Q mobile because they get all the features at
reasonable price then the other competitors. Q mobile places its product in all
big and small markets to give easy access to its customer. This strategy of q
mobile has increased its sales gradually.
