ERIKS, a multi-product specialist. ERIKS is an international
industrial service provider, a multi-product specialist offering a
wide range of high-quality mechanical engineering components
and associated technical and logistics services. ERIKS founder
Arie Eriks started his small business in 1940 supplying gaskets,
seals, V-belts and hoses to the dairy industry. Until the
seventies the business in gaskets and rubber gradually
expanded. Branch operations were founded close to industrial
centres in the Netherlands and in Belgium and France. In 1977

ERIKS was listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.

Through many acquisitions, ERIKS was enriched with the histories and experience of other companies
such as Econosto and Vemoflex. From 1979 until 2000 ERIKS, expanded into other European countries,
Asia and the USA and added electrical power transmission, valves, hoses and couplings and industrial
plastics to the range of products.

From 2000 until 2015, ERIKS acquired several specialized distribution and manufacturing companies in
Europe, including large organizations such as Baudoin in Belgium and Wyko in the United Kingdom. With
the acquisition of Lewis-Goetz, Rawson and Industrial Controls, ERIKS strengthened its market position
in the US. In 2009, ERIKS was incorporated by SHV Holdings, a privately-held family company. This ended
the listing of ERIKS NV on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. SHV invests for the long term, expanding and
developing businesses and providing their customers with excellent products and services.

ERIKS in Malaysia

In ERIKS, we believed in GLOCAL which stands for Global Reach, Local Presence. Hence after setting a
foundation in Singapore in the year of 1979, ERIKS started in Malaysia in the year of 1980 as an Enterprise
company. We became Sendirian Berhad (Private Limited) company in 1981. Today, our Headquarter for
Sales and Operation is located in Wisma Kemajuan, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. To make our presence more
nearer to our customers, we also have our sales office strategically located in Penang, Terengganu and
Johor. Our warehouse and gasket production facility is located in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Flow Control
ERIKS offers a complete programme of valves and actuators. With a wide selection of our own brands,
private labels and products from the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers, we offer the best
possible price-quality ratio for your particular application. At your request, our service workshop will
equip your valves and actuators with the required electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic controls, including
any accessories. A complete instrumentation range is available for the measurement, regulation and
monitoring of pressure, temperature, level and flow.
Ball valves takes a leading role in the valve industry. The high flow capacity
coupled with being very simple to mechanise makes ball valves ideal for many
applications where an open/close facility is required. ERIKS supplies ball valves
for all uses ranging from brass valves suitable for simple application to flanged
stainless suitable for corrosive media. Special valves can be supplied on
request.

Valves

ECON Buttеrflу valves comes in compact design and is highly suitable for high
flow rates. Through the simple construction and the great variation in
materials, butterfly valves are broadly applied for various media such as water,
air, chemical and corrosive media. Material variety range from bronze,
stainless steel, cast, ductible cast iron, die cast steel, alloys and PTFE/FKA liked.
