I am very honored to be working for 24-7 Intouch Manila and have learned much in the time that I have
spent here. However, it is with much sadness to inform you that this is my formal resignation from my
post as Customer Service Representative effective on February 5, 2019.

This decision is not been easy, but I have decided that it will be in the best interest for my career
advancement and future development. If there is anything I can do in aiding a smooth transition of
responsibilities, please let me know.
