In this booklet there are some statements about families. You are to decide which
of these statements are true for your family and which are false. There are no
“right” or “wrong” answers, all you have to do is answer what is true for your
family.

Two sample statements are given below which you will answer for practice, to see
that you understand what you have to do. There are two possible answers to each
statement. You should answer either “Yes” or “No”, (or “true” or “false”), by
making a (X) mark in the appropriate box in the answer sheet. Now answer the
