EXCEL COLUMNS:
LRN (A), Last (B), First (C), Middle(D), Gender (A for male/F for female) (E), Grade (F), Section (G),
Quarter (H), Subject (I), Teacher (J), Score (K), Total Score (L)
Reminders: Quarter – 1, 2, 3, 4
Subject- Complete Subject Name, e.g. Math Investigation
Teacher – Lastname, Firstname MI eg. CAVINTA, GINA S
Steps:
1. Open your class list in the SF1 folder.
2. Highlight the LRN and Name from the first male student up to the last female student in the list.
3. Copy (Ctrl+C) the LRN and Name of the students from the SF1.
4. Go to File → Open → Blank Page. Paste (Ctrl+V) the LRN-Name list.
5. While the data is still highlighted, click . Delete the blank column B, and the cells
that contain the male’s total.
6. Highlight the names ONLY.
7. Go to Data tab → click Text to Columns
Click Next → Uncheck Tab, place Check on Comma → Click Destination button on right

After successful login, the main page will load. On the other hand, proceed to import data page right
after you login.
IMPORT PAGE Reminders:
Using the Choose File button, open and select your file saved in the desktop. Then click Import
Scores. The page will notify you if you have successfully imported your class mps data or not.
After successful import, you may opt proceed to reports to verify your recorded mps.
NOTE: When you want to change a particular score of a student or group of students from your class, you can
overwrite your previous recorded scores by importing or encoding again the scores of that class.
MAIN PAGE Reminders:
The main page can be used to encode scores of classes with students whose status is DROPPED or
IRREGULAR.
You can place a checkmark in the name of the student who are dropped from your class. When you
entered an invalid input (e.g. letter, symbol, special characters) or even more than the exam total score after
pressing the TAB key, the page will alert you of an error message.
After you clicked the Calculate MPS button, percentage of scores, the mean, mps and the number of
failed students will automatically be computed.
NOTE: When you want to change a particular score of a student or group of students from your class, you can
overwrite your previous recorded scores by importing or encoding again the scores of that class.
