2019 REGIONAL SCHOOLS PRESS CONFERENCE (RSPC) WINNERS

1. The Schools Division Office of Isabela, through the Curriculwn hnplementation Division
(CID), announces the winners of the 2019 Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) held at Solano,
Nueva Vizcaya on November 11-14, 2019.

2. The conference highlighted the knowledge and skills injownalism ofelementary and secondary
school learners. More than 4,000 learners, teachers, advisers, key officials of the Department of
Education (DepEd) and media practitioners attended this year's RSPC.

3. SDO-Isabela retained its overall champ finish in 2019 RSPC, making it a three-time overall
champion in the largest gathering of campus journalists in the region.

4. The winners in the different categories of the 2019 RSPC are contained in the following
Enclosures:

Enclosure 1: Winners in Individual Writing Contests

Enclosure 2: Winners in Group Contests
Enclosure 3: Winners in School Paper Contests

5. This Office congratulates the regional winners and acknowledges the full support of school
heads, schools district supervisors, local government units, parents, Isabela School Paper Advisers
Association (ISPAA) and other stakeholders to the Journalism Program of this division.

6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Bulletin is desired.
