cally designed set of programs,
projects and activities carried
out by an agency over a given
period of time. It addresses
gender issues and concerns
of the agency clients and its
personnel. It is an integral part
of the agency’s annual agency/
development Plan
The Padre Burgos

seminar and discussion about
Responsive GAD Planning
and Budgeting last November
26, 2019 held at Padre Burgos
Central School. The program
starts with the prayer led by

curriculum, the speakers shared

review of the course title, objec-

tivities and policies for possible
gender bias, and the integration
of topics in the course syllabus
that can highlight human rights
and gender equality and gender
equity principles.
A series of lectures
and presentations with cor-
responding workshops was
conducted during that day. By
planning and budgeting, the
seminar-workshop aims to ca-

of the participants in preparing
the Gender and Development
(GAD) Plan and Budget Report
and the GAD Accomplishment
Report (AR) that all government
offices are mandated to submit
yearly.
There are 12 Public
Elementary School, 4 Public
Secondary High School and 2 FOOD and REFRESHMENTS from the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT of PADRE BURGOS
Private School who participated
in the Seminar on Responsive
GAD Planning and Budgeting,
including their school heads
and ICT Coordinator or GAD
Coordinator with a total number
of 40 participants.
