Lost and Found
Did you know that Xtreme has a
Lost and Found? If you are missing
items please check with the front
desk. They will check the Lost and
Found for you. For sanitary
purposes any items containing food
will be promptly disposed of.
Cover Ups
Please encourage your dancers to
wear cover ups to and from classes,
(especially older dancers) to
maintain modesty.
Attention Parents
Please help us keep our viewing
area clean by removing all food and
drink items when you leave.
Do not leave siblings and/or friends
unattended at the studio at any time.
In consideration to other dancers
and family members we ask that you
keep your dancer home if they are
ill. Any student who is running a
fever will not be allowed to attend
class for at least 48 hours.
Please do not tap on the viewing
windows. This is distracting to the
entire class.

Make Up Classes
If you are absent please call the
studio to arrange a make up time.
All missed classes must be made up
within one month, no refunds will be
offered.
Xtreme Dance Studio is excited to present our
4th Annual Christmas performance of
“The Nutty Nutcracker, Dancing through the Decades”
It’s the place to be this holiday!
This year’s performance will be Saturday, December 11th at 3:30 p.m. at
Lake Mary High School
The Nutty Nutcracker is a fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Fighting Blood
Cancer. This year the Company dancers have voted to donate a portion of the proceeds to Kids
House Children’s Advocacy Center. All proceeds will benefit these worthwhile causes. Tickets
prices for the show are as follows: V.I.P. tickets are $25.00 and General Seating tickets are
$5.00 for children and $10.00 for adults. Doors will open at 2:00 pm for children’s festivities,
pictures with Santa, raffle items and more. Tickets will be available at the front desk soon!
Nutcracker Baskets: If you would like to donate to a basket other than your child’s class
basket, it would be greatly appreciated. Help support a great cause!

Fall Coloring Contest
Coloring pages are available at the front desk for
our Fall Coloring contest. Get creative. Entries
need to be turned in by Monday, November 15th.
There will be 3 groups – age 6 and under, age 7
to 12, and over 12. One prize will be awarded per
age group.
2010/2011 Tuition Policies
• Tuition is due and payable on the 1st day of each month
• Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will be assessed
• If tuition is received on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will save $5.00 off your monthly
tuition. (ex. To receive the $5.00 tuition discount for September payment must be received no later than
August 31st.) Discount is only offered on full price tuition.
• We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due.
• You may pay your tuition by cash, check or Debit/Credit Cards; we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
When paying by check please include your child’s full name (first and last).
• If for any reason you cannot make it to the studio, please call in your payment or mail it to Xtreme Dance
Studio at: 4932 W SR46, Sanford, FL 32771.
**Please do not leave payments on the desk. Xtreme will not be responsible for lost payments.
