Terms

1. [Sender.Company] agrees to provide photography services to [Client.FirstName]

[Client.LastName] in consideration of payment provided pursuant to the terms of this

photography services contract

2. [Client.FirstName] [Client.LastName] agrees to pay the full amount indicated in this

contract in full via cash, credit card, or check no later than

[Photography.ServicesDate].

3. [Client.FirstName] [Client.LastName] agrees that [Sender.Company] shall be the sole

and exclusive photographer for the events specified in this photography services

contract.

4. [Client.FirstName] [Client.LastName] agrees that [Sender.Company] cannot

guarantee certain poses or coverage quality, and that [Sender.Company] shall in no

way be held liable for compromised coverage due to interference from third parties or

the environment.

5. [Sender.Company] holds full copyright to the images resulting from this photography

services contract. No rights are or will be transferred to [Client.FirstName]

[Client.LastName] without prior written consent from [Sender.Company]

6. [Client.FirstName] [Client.LastName] agrees to pay [Sender.Company] £ XXX per

violation of article 5 of this contract.

7. This photography services contract shall be the sole agreement governing the terms of

the services provided pursuant to this agreement. No other agreement, written or oral,

shall be upheld or enforced.

 8. [Client.FirstName] [Client.LastName] agrees to fully reimburse [Sender.Company]

for any legal fees incurred in the course of enforcing this contract.

9. Any legal disputes related to this contract will be resolved according to the laws of the

United Kingdom, in a United Kingdom court of law.
