Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for Product Associate who is passionate about building products that customers/client love. You will
join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out
products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

• Know customer needs through research, market data and carry out independent market research if needed.
• Manage from conceptualization and feature list development, to design, prioritization, prototyping, testing,
forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer/client experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new
ideas, improve customer/client experience and drive growth.
• Assess competition by a detailed competitor study and comparing competing and benchmark products.
• Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements, product development
programs and with return-on-investment analysis.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management
• Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand
• Evaluate manpower and other resource requirements to develop and deliver the product within timelines.
• Manage resources and monitor product development to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Manage daily sprint and follow up calls with all stakeholders for the product to ensure smooth development.
• Create product marketing communications objectives, formulate strategies and execute.
• Work with the sales team to create product sales strategies & enable sales team with quality sales material.
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product
management team members.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the
message is effectively conveyed.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to
executive management
• Understanding of a product development process and product life cycle
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
