It is submitted that as per the U.O. Note received from the Zonal Commissioner
of Zonal Commissioner of Zone-IV. The existing 15KVA Kirloskar diesel generator has
some repairs. During the power failure time it is very much difficult to work in office.

As per the instructions of the higher authorities an estimate has been prepared
for the work “Repairs to 15KVA Kirloskar HA 294 diesel generator set in Zone-IV Zonal
office” which is worked out o Rs. 37,000/- with lowest quotation rates.

Hence orders may be issued on the following.

a) To accord administration sanction for the above work repairs to 15KVA

Kirloskar HA 294 Diesel generator set in Zone-IV Zonal Office” which is
worked out of Rs.37,000/-
b) Submitted to approval of ‘A’ orders may be issued to call for short tenders.

 Sub:- Providing Electrification to the existing Community halls at Jai Parkas
Nagar and Kasturi nagar in ward No.35 – Request – Regarding.

Ref:- The representation received from MLA North Constituency on

Dt.25-02-2016.

It is submitted that as per the representation received from MLA North
Constituency, Visakhapatnam on dt. 28-02-2016. There was an existing community
halls at Jai Prakash Nagar and kasturi nagar in ward No. 35 of Zone-IV area. There is
no electrification to the above two community hall. In this connection it is necessary
to provide the electrification to the above community hall to be used by the local
people.

In this connecion an estimate has been prepared for the work “Providing
electrification to the community halls at Jayaprakash Nagar and kasturi nagar in ward
No.35 of Zone-IV area” which is worked out of Rs.86,000/- with previous approved
rates.

Hence orders may be issued on the following.

a) To accord administration sanction for the above work” “Providing

electrification to the community halls at Jayaprakash Nagar and Ksaturi nagar
in ward No.35 of Zone-IV area” which is worked out of Rs. 90,000/-
b) Submitted to approval of ‘A’ orders may be issued to call for short tenders.
