Dear Sir/Madame

Greetings from the United Architects of the Philippines-Student Auxiliary!

The United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary (UAPSA), the duly
recognized student organization of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP),
and the national organization known to cater architecture students by organizing
seminars, events, and activities for its members’ academic and personal well-being,
will be celebrating its 27th year of establishment this Fiscal Year. As a junior arm of
the professional organization, it brings together affiliated architectural schools in the
country with the aim of gearing students towards professionalism, camaraderie, and
selfless service.

The UAPSA Area C – District Council 1 & 3 will be having its Joint District Assembly
entitled LANGKOB: Transcending Boundaries on January 10-11, 2020 at the Haiyan
Peak Hotel and Resort, Bislig, Tanauan, Leyte Philippines. It is expected to draw over
150 students from different architectural schools from Disctrict C1 & C3.

This event will serve as an opportunity for them to represent their schools, compete
in various competitions, and attend seminars rooted on the principle of expanding
one’s knowledge and views in order to make a difference in our society.

In line with this, we would like to ask your permission to excuse the students whose
names are listed below from their respective classes.
