teacher will call some students to write their

OPEN CLARIFYING QUESTIONS are

form of WH questions.

questions is the close clarifying questions.
CLOSE CLARIFYING QUESITONS are
those which can be answered by a simple
“yes” or “no”. They serve to obtain accuracy
in a more direct aspect of a discussion or
presentation and often framed as did, are,
were, shall, may, is questions.

Examples:
 Would you like to go to the movie
theatre on Saturday afternoon?

Activity:
Directions: In pair, listen to the audio
about global challenges. Raise and clarify
questions by constructing at least 5

questions related to the audio listened to.
