sformati in prodotti finiti

I telai che compongono i
chiusini sono ricavati da piat-
ti laminati o da lamiere
opportunamente sagomate,
la loro finitura standard è
satinata.
I coperchi sono ottenuti
dallo stampaggio di fogli di
lamiera, la loro finitura standard
è lucida a specchio sia all’interno
che all’esterno.

All our products are made of
high quality materials, which
undergo rigorous quality
check- ups. The whole manu-
facturing process takes place in
our premisses in Casteggio,
where the raw materials are tur-
ned into finished products
according to a manufactu-
ring cicle that includes both
automatized elaboration
phases as well as rigorous
check-ups, and manual
assembly to guarantee a bet-
ter care of details. The man-
ways’ frames are made of
iron plates especially shaped,
being their standard production
satin finished. The lids are
obtained from the stamping of
iron sheets, and the standard
finishing is bright shining
inside as well as outside.

Todos nuestros artículos

riales sometidos a rigurosos
controles de calidad. La tota-
lidad del proceso productivo se
desarrolla en nuestra fábrica de
CASTEGGIO donde la mate-
ria prima es transformada
siguiendo un ciclo de pro-
ducción automatizada y
montaje manual para garan-
tizar un mejor acabado final.
Los marcos de las tapas se
obtienen de planchas lami-
nadas o moldeadas, según
modelo, el acabado stan-
dard es satinado.
Las tapas se obtienen
mediante el estampado de

trappes au moyen de plats
laminés ou de tôles opportu-
nément galbées, la finition

On obtient les couvercles par
l’emboutissage des feuilles
de tôle, la finition standard
prévoit un polissage miroir
aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à
l’extérieur.

Il nostro programma stan-
dard di fornitura prevede
una guarnizione in gomma
para alimentare; secondo le
esigenze del cliente possia-
mo fornire, per ogni chiusi-
no, guarnizioni realizzate
con altri elastomeri di seguito
riportati.
ATTENZIONE: ricordiamo che,
causa la maggiore durezza in
Shore di alcune mescole di
gomma (Viton, EPDM etc.),
per il loro utilizzo consiglia-
mo l’abbinamento ad articoli
con volantini periferici; per
ottenere la stessa tenuta
relativa ad una guarnizione
in para occorre infatti una
forza di serraggio maggiore.
Our standard supply pro-
gramme includes a rubber
gasket for foodstuffs; accor-
ding to the client’s needs we can
also provide, for each man-
way, gaskets made of other
rubber-like materials detai-
led below.
WARNING: let us remember
that, having some rubber
mixtures a higher degree of
hardness in shore (viton,
EPDM, etc.) we strongly
recommend to combine the
use of some articles with
peripheral handles; infact in
order to maintain the same
seal as the rubber gasket,
you need a higher tighte-
ning strength.
