COLORED: the foot may have an appearance with a Bright red colour (sedate the HEART and
THYROID points); it may have a Yellow colour (stimulate STOMACH, SPLEEN, PANCREAS
and LYMPH NODES), “Bluish tending toward black“ (sign of bad circulation) therefore stimulate
the entire foot - in particular the KIDNEYS to reactivate the energy and the HEART point for the
circulation. The foot should always have a Pink colour!!!!
TEMPERATURE: if the foot is too hot this indicates an overload of the Liver and this zone should
therefore be stimulated; if too cold this indicates a lack of energy and therefore the Kidneys and Heart
should be stimulated.
GENERAL ASPECT: if too dry this indicates a lack of energy of the LUNGS which should therefore
be stimulated, if too humid or with bad odour, stimulate the entire second module (STOMACH,
SPLEEN, PANCREAS, LYMPH NODES) and stimulate well the LIVER point to dispose of toxins.
If the foot begins to get quite humid during the stimulation, work well the zone of the KIDNEYS and
sedate the ADRENAL GLANDS.
TEXTURE: if the foot is too hard this means that the body is contracted, so stimulate the Liver well;
if it seems empty (spongy), stimulate the kidneys well as this means the person has too little energy.
PRESENCE OF CALLUSES AND CALLOSITY: stimulate the callosity to relax tension. Stimulate
the calluses to relax more specific tensions.
PRESENCE OF WARTS: stimulate the entire zone around the wart and the SPLEEN to increase the
immune defences.
PRESENCE OF CUTS: stimulate the zone with the cuts (for example at the edge of the heel) and
then stimulate the URINARY BLADDER reflex zone.

1st toe = tension in the cervical vertebrae and neck muscles (crookedness in this toe is a sign of pain
2nd toe = tension in the dorsal vertebrae (sign of weakness or tingling or pain in the arms)
3rd toe = tension in the lumbar vertebrae (sign of weakness or pain from forcing the knees)
4th toe = tension in the sacral vertebrae (sign of weakness or tingling or hyper-development of the thighs)

Stimulate the zone around the tip of the toe that presents callosity with the back of a pencil or bic pen
(these are very painful zones, so do not exaggerate). TOE-NAILS: check which toe-nail has become
thicker or in bad condition. This might represent a problem of mycosis. According to the toe involved,
stimulate the entire module belonging to that toe:
Toe-nail 1st toe: module 1 (heart – small intestine – pituitary and thyroid glands)
Toe-nail 2nd toe: module 2 (stomach – spleen – pancreas – lymph nodes)
Toe-nail 3rd toe: module 3 (lungs – large intestine – ovaries/testicles – uterus/prostate)
Toe-nail 4th toe: module 4 (liver and gall bladder)
Toe-nail 5th toe: module 5 (kidneys – adrenal glands – ureter - bladder)
When you stimulate the entire corresponding module, you do it to reinforce the energy of that module
(that is, the quantity of force – energy – that is has to work effectively and therefore not suffer minor
disturbances linked to that group of organs].
