Cleaning of the Modules shall be done twice a month along with preventive check-up
of the Plant. A team of 3-4 persons along with one Supervisor shall visit for the same
(total 24 visits).

Change of Tilt angle shall be done by Vendor. All required Man Power including Skilled
Supervisor shall be in Vendor Scope.

Preventive Maintenance work shall be carried out by Vendor as per O&M requirement
basis

Vendor shall ensure the competent person during Maintenance work i.e. Module
cleaning, Tilt angle adjustment.

Vendor will be depute competent person for trouble shooting work within 24 Hrs.

Vendor will ensure safety measures while working.

All defective Equipment's & spares will be replaced and repaired as per warranty.
