luxury vehicles, provides financial services through Ford Motor Credit Company and is pursuing
leadership positions in electrification, autonomous vehicles and mobility solutions. Ford employs
approximately 202,000 people worldwide.

American automotive corporation founded in 1903 by Henry Ford and 11 associate investors. In
1919 the company was reincorporated, with Ford, his wife, Clara, and his son, Edsel, acquiring
full ownership; they, their heirs, and the Ford Foundation (formed 1936) were sole stockholders
until January 1956, when public sale of the common stock was first offered. The company
manufactures passenger cars, trucks, and tractors as well as automotive parts and accessories.
Headquarters are in Dearborn, Michigan.

Ford Motor Company Hits $5 Million Mark in Funds Contributed to Local High Schools

 Ford Motor Company has contributed more than $5 million to support high school
extracurricular activities nationwide through its successful test-drive program of the
company's fuel-efficient products
 Since the start of the program, more than 1,500 events have been hosted in 49 states,
generating more than 255,000 test drives by participants
 Ford developed the Drive One 4 UR School program in 2007 to assist cash-strapped
communities in raising up to $6,000 for local high schools in a single day test-drive
event.
Operation better world

Going Further to make areas around its operations in Tamil Nadu, India a better place, Ford India
in association with Ford Motor Company Fund announced Operation Better World in 2012. The
endeavour is to address issues related to Education, Sustainability, Auto Safety and Local
Priorities.

Focus on water

Ford launched the first phase of its cohesive community outreach initiative in Sanand, Gujarat to
improve access to safe drinking water for children from neighboring communities.

In the first phase, 30 filters were installed in anganwadis and primary schools, across 18 villages,
reaching out to more than 1000 children. The installation of the water filters was combined with
strong community awareness initiatives, to ensure ownership at the local level and also make the
initiative sustainable. The anganwadis-staff and parents of the children were also given
information regarding issues related to child health, which ranges from a balanced diet for
children, immunization and vaccination schedules, and the importance of health check-ups.

Ford has partnered with Ahmedabad-based NGO, Saath Charitable Trust, to implement the
project, which aims to progressively expand and cover children across 70 villages.

environment and in terms of provisions of Section 177 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of
Directors (“the Board”) of Ford India Private Limited (‘the Company”) have decided to follow
Code of Conduct (Corporate Policies and Directives) issued by Ford Motor Company in
November 2007, which describes all employees to know and comply with the spirit and the letter
of all Company policies and legal requirements related to their work.

The employees can also report any violation of Company policies and legal requirements to any
