NIGHT VISION

When the Lord gave me the teaching Night Vision, which we will talk about tonight, one of the
things he really emphasized—He said, Guy my children need to learn to walk in the darkness
and still be able to see. That is what is going to give them the advantage in these last days.
They have to have night vision…. Just like in the military where they have those things they put
on their eyes where everything is green. It’s basically heat censored where they can see heat,
movement, etc. Where someone can go out at night and see quite clearly. One of the things the
Lord was saying was in these last days if you don’t have night vision, you are going to be taken
out. And he meant taken out of position. You have to remember we are in the military, we are
warriors for Christ and the powers of darkness are deceiving many of God’s children. In many
places there are people who don’t believe in demons—and they are loaded with them! In many
places they don’t believe in casting out devils—they don’t believe in gifts of the Spirit. The gifts
are tools. It doesn’t make one person better than another. It does give an advantage to the
person that is utilizing these tools and moving in the gifts of the Spirit. There is end time
warring going on. It’s amazing how people who are not able to walk in this night vision because
they can’t see correctly into the realm of darkness to know what their enemy is up to and so forth
—they get moved out of position! We have to learn to utilize night vision. It takes practice. It
just doesn’t come instantaneously. It’s there for us—it’s just like a gift. The bible says to
earnestly desire the gifts. It’s available for you. Then you begin to learn how to hear God’s
voice more and how to be led by the Spirit and operate in the gifts of the Spirit. So everything is
a learning process. In this learning process we are constantly shedding more flesh—shedding the
desires of the world, shedding the desires of the goofiness of the mind and separating the carnal
mind from the mind of Christ—where Christ can be more manifested. Something that Jesus said
very profoundly—he said, I don’t do anything unless I see my Father do it first. So there was a
connection—when there is a connection there is a vision. There is an ability to see in an arena
where you could never see before. I will give you an example. One time—it was Halloween and
I have shared this testimony before in our Accursed Items teaching. I asked the Lord what he
wanted me to do because most of the time we just intercede and have worship service or
something. He said, I want you to stay home and dress up as Moses. And when the kids come by
I want you to a bible in their little candy bag and I want you to bless them and apply the Blood
of Jesus on them. So I said okay and I went out and got this stuff—and this robe. The one thing
I was lacking was a staff. I wanted to get this staff—so one of my sisters in Christ came by and I
asked where I could get a good Moses staff and she said her roommate had one. I stepped back
and hesitated for a minute because her roommate was a little—whatever. God bless her and
everything—she was up and down and all around—sick and rebellious sometimes. She was
unstable. But I said to her if she had that staff to bring it on over. So she brought the staff to me.
The bottom two feet of the staff was painted solid blue—but it was the perfect Moses staff. So
Halloween came and I blessed the kids and put stuff in their bags and so forth. After Halloween
she came and got the staff. But what had happened was when she came and brought me the
staff, I laid the staff down as I was going to go do something outside—I was going to wash a car
or something. As I was walking by the staff, in my spirit I saw it move like a snake. My first
thought was, You’re crazy. It’s your imagination. Then I heard the Holy Spirit say, Are you
going to take that chance? No, I’m not. So I commanded that snake or serpent to come out of

that staff. I was home alone. I commanded that serpent to come out of that staff and leave my
house. Okay I did what I was supposed to do. I went to the front door and realized I had
forgotten something else. I went back to the kitchen, walked past that staff again and that thing
moved again. I thought, Wait a minute, I’m seeing something! And I said, In the name of Jesus
I told you to come out of that staff and leave my house. Well I went to go open my front door
and there was this snake, red-mouthed, beautifully painted and I thought, Whoa! That had to
have come out of that staff. I didn’t invite him. So I shooed him off my property—told satan to
hit the road. I should have chopped his head off but I didn’t know then. Well, my sister in
Christ came and picked up the staff and I told her I cast a serpent out of that thing. She asked if
it had a red mouth and beautiful colors and stuff. I said, Yes! She said that on the staff
underneath the part that had been painted over blue was a picture of a serpent just like that.
That’s when the Lord started teaching me about accursed items that draw demonic activity and
that’s why the girl that had the staff was up and down and all around. People don’t really
understand the power of accursed items that draw demonic activity—dragons, serpents, things
people hand down in the family such as china—with all of these things on them. Certain things
draw demonic activity. In fact, the Israelites tried to defeat their enemies and the Lord said you
can’t—you cannot defeat your enemy with accursed items in your camp. There ends up being
trouble in our discipleship houses when there is an accursed item that someone inadvertently
ends up bringing in. It could be music. It could be anything. But to get back to the purpose in
this story was to tell you that there was a vision. I was able to see in the dark. I was able to see
in the dark and that rescued me from getting bit from this thing. Because they do bite you. They
plant corruptible seeds and the next thing you know you are doing goofy things—becoming
rebellious and everything else. Let me tell you something before I go any further. Telephones
can be an accursed item. If you are using that phone—and God is telling you not to
communicate with someone and whatever, that phone is now an accursed item. And that serpent
is biting you right through the phone and you can’t shake it no matter what you try to do until
you get rid of that phone and get cleaned up. That phone the devil uses. Same thing with
television and stuff like that. That devil will bite you and that demon will get in you and you
can’t shake it no matter what you try and do. You will lose sight and everything else. And what
we want is to be able to see at night.

The bible says, Make no place for the devil. Why? Because he is out to steal, kill and destroy
you. That’s his purpose.

REVELATION 3:14-18
And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write, These things says the Amen, the Faithful
and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: I know your works, that you are neither
cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and
neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. Because you say, I am rich, have become
wealthy, and have need of nothing—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor,
blind, and naked— I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich;
and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be
revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. That’s the whole problem—in
this scripture right here-- is that they could not see! They couldn’t see because they were not
able to have night vision. He said anoint your eyes! Why? The anointing is what allows you to
see. Without the anointing and relationship with the Holy Spirit, you cannot see! There are

things that quench the Holy Spirit and you won’t be able to see any longer. I don’t care if you
are praying in tongues, worshiping and whatever. There is still an arena in our lives where the
bible says to make no place for the devil—where you could be touching unclean things or
whatever it may be—you can’t see! You can’t see beyond your desires. You can’t see beyond
your lusts and other things. You can’t see. It says anoint your eyes. Faithful and true witness—
Jesus testifies that he is the faithful and true witness. And he is trying to bring us to the place
where we are faithful and true witnesses by anointing our eyes so we can see. Without being
able to see and have night vision—If you can’t go into your enemies camp and see what he is
doing and planning against you, he will beat you. That’s why the bible says the Holy Spirit has
been given to us. He will guide us into all things. He will tell us things to come. He is telling
you. People fall in the trap and why? Because they can’t see. They have no night vision. Night
vision is about being able to see in darkness.

The word says we don’t fight flesh and blood but powers of darkness and wickedness in
heavenly places and so forth. There are times when the anointing is there that you are able to see
demons. It’s amazing that when people were using drugs and alcohol and stuff like that the bible
even says that the serpent bites the person and they have delusions—they see the serpents biting.
When we were out there using crack and cocaine—drugs and hallucinating, we would see those
demons out of the corners of our eyes! You knew they were there!! Even when you are
touching unclean things and those demons come in you because you have touched—you become
paranoid. The first thing that begins to happen is fear. Paranoia. That happened right in the
Garden of Eden. When Adam and Eve fell and the Lord came walking in the garden and Adam
was hiding, the Lord said, Where are you Adam? Like he didn’t know where he was! He was
testing him. Adam said, I’m hiding from your presence because I am naked. And the Lord said,
Who told you that? Did you eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil? What was he
trying to do? Bring Adam to confession, because he knew—Dad doesn’t miss anything! He was
trying to bring him to confession. Then their eyes were opened to everything of the natural
realm and shut to the spirit realm. So when you and I are born, we are born with blinded eyes!
Even Saul who became Paul—he had an encounter with the Lord—Saul was blinded for three
days by God on purpose so that he could not rely on what he saw. Because everything that he
had seen was all carnal. He was about to give him new vision. From that point on when the
servant of the Lord came in and laid hands on Saul. Saul got baptized and filled with the Holy
Ghost, the scales came off of his eyes and he began to see at night. That’s why there is still
division in the body of Christ – because people cannot see. That’s why there are denominations.
Because if they could see they would see that denominations cause division in the body of
Christ. There are no denominations. You are either a Christian or you are not! You are not a
catholic, a Baptist or whatever—that used to blow my mind! What’s your faith? Catholic.
What’s your faith? Protestant. What’s your faith? Baptist. No, man! What’s your faith in?!!
That’s what it is about. It’s not about an organization. It’s about a living organism. If they
could see these divisions would not be here. We would all be unified in the Spirit. Going to the
Father in the same Spirit. Kicking butt on the devil and taking more ground. There wouldn’t be
any children left in orphanages. And there would not be one hungry person in this world who
wasn’t being fed—if there was unity in the body of Christ. But the enemy has infiltrated where
people cannot see. The only thing they are concerned about in certain areas is fulfilling their
doctrine instead of speaking the truth.

LUKE 4:16-19
So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into
the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. And He was handed the book of the
prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written:
The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the
poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery
of sight to the blind—What was this a recovery of? Sight that was lost in the Garden. And to set
at liberty those who are oppressed [by the devil]; to proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.
He talks about the anointing—the Spirit of the Lord is upon me to do these things! Well if you
have been baptized and filled with the Spirit of God, then the anointing is upon you to do the
same things. Now let me share something with you-- You can have a tool and have everything
right with you but you may not know how to operate it. There is more than just speaking in
tongues. There is a relationship in an arena where you and I have vision. Where we are able to
walk and see things in the Spirit. Where God will speak to you in dreams and in visions and
revelations—in the area where you will be able to infiltrate the enemy’s camp and know how to
warfare yourself. In an arena where we are warriors of Christ. We are soldiers in a war. People
are being taken out left and right because they can’t see. Marriages are being destroyed.
Children are being taken. Because they can’t see.

Did you ever get around someone and say, What’s the matter with you? Why can’t you see
what’s going on? Believe me, I counsel people and sometimes the first thing I tell them is,
You’re blinded! And they say, What do you mean I’m blinded? I’m alright. I say, No—you’re
blinded! You can’t see beyond your own desires. You can’t see beyond your own selfishness.
You can’t see beyond your own lusts. The bible says that the devil comes to blind. Even if you
are a spirit filled believer and so forth, the devil has not stopped trying to blind you! He has not
stopped. So it’s the anointing—the Spirit of the Lord is upon you—so that you can see!
Remember you are carriers of the presence of God. You are carriers of the truth. The enemy is
going to try and blind you so you can take that truth and that presence into a place where there is
no effect. He tries to get you off course. God has got a predestined plan for you. You must get
into that predestined plan. It’s called destiny. He’s got a predestined plan. And the powers of
darkness see God’s hand moving in that predestined plan in your destiny and the enemy is going
to try and get you off course any way he can.

It’s amazing that people try to fake it like they are not tormented. How are you doing? I’m
Blessed. I mean I am glad they made that confession, but they’re lying! Because they are not
blessed, they are tormented. Do you know why? Because they know they are not right with
God! They are trying to convince themselves in their minds—but they can’t see beyond their
lusts and perversions and whatever else. They can’t see beyond their own desires and
foolishness and fleshiness. They can’t see beyond that. I have a word for you—Repent! Turn
away, before the devil kicks your butt again!

EPHESIANS 1:15-20
Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, do
not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: that the God of our Lord
Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the
knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened [That you may be able to

see!]; that you may know what is the hope of His calling [for your life], what are the riches of
the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power
toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in
Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly
places. Now listen—God the father created me and you as an inheritance for his son Jesus. You
are his inheritance. Does that make you special? You bet! You were created as an inheritance
because when God the father said, I’m coming as the word … I’m going to be begotten … I’m
going to create … I’m going to manifest … I’m going to come forth as the son of God … I’m
going to take a part of myself and call him son, but I’m going to give him an inheritance because
we are one. Now I’m going to create man and give him the inheritance. That’s who you are.
You are the inheritance of Jesus, the Christ. That means you are somebody!! Because you are
the inheritance of Jesus, the Christ—he said everything he has is yours! And everything you
have better be his! That’s why you are seated in heavenly places and blessed with every spiritual
blessing. Why? Because you are the inheritance of the creator.

The eyes of your understanding be enlightened that you may see! Just that right there has
brought light– opened your eyes – opened light to your sight. As long as you don’t reject it. The
devil will try and steal it. That’s his job. Why? Because the more truth he can steal from you,
the darker you become. You can’t see.

This is powerful because Paul could pray this prayer. He could pray this prayer because he could
see in the dark. He had the privilege to pray for others.

DANIEL 1:17
As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom;
and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. He was able to see. Daniel had
knowledge and skill, wisdom and understanding in visions and dreams—he was able to see into
the enemy’s plan. Elijah could also see— God would reveal to him secret things and the enemy
kings would say, Man we can’t beat Israel because God reveals what’s in your bedroom to
Elijah. None of our plans work against them! We see here that God granted Elijah eyes to see.
Daniel was able to see into the enemy’s plan. He was able to interpret the message of God’s
visions. It was the vision coming from God that was carrying a message so Daniel could
interpret it. This is called sight. Night vision. Daniel was able to see the enemy’s plan. He
knew what was what.

DANIEL 2:14-23
Then with counsel and wisdom Daniel answered Arioch, the captain of the king’s guard, who
had gone out to kill the wise men of Babylon—Now the reason he was doing this was because the
king had a dream that he wanted interpreted. He was so anxious to have it interpreted that none
of his wise men, his magicians and all the other soothsayers—nobody could interpret it. They
were having a hard time. So the king said, You know what, I’m not even going to tell you guys
the dream. I want you to tell me the dream and give me the interpretation. Nobody could do it.
Nobody. So the king said, That’s it, kill them all!! He was going to kill all the wise men of
Babylon. Because none of his wise men or Chaldeans and whatever could not give him the
dream that he had or the interpretation because he was freaking out. You have to remember that
Daniel was in captivity there. Israel was in captivity. So in verse 14 this is what he is saying,

Then with counsel and wisdom Daniel answered Arioch, the captain of the king’s guard, who
had gone out to kill the wise men of Babylon; he answered and said to Arioch the king’s captain,
Why is the decree from the king so urgent? Then Arioch made the decision known to Daniel. So
Daniel went in and asked the king to give him time, that he might tell the king the interpretation.
Then Daniel went to his house, and made the decision known to Hananiah, Mishael, and
Azariah, his companions, that they might seek mercies from the God of heaven concerning this
secret, so that Daniel and his companions might not perish with the rest of the wise men of
Babylon. Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. In a what? Night vision. So
Daniel blessed the God of heaven. Daniel answered and said: Blessed be the name of God
forever and ever, For wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and the seasons; He
removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who
have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and
light dwells with Him. I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers; You have given me
wisdom and might, And have now made known to me what we asked of You, For You have made
known to us the king’s demand. Now he got the dream and the interpretation. But there is
something very powerful that he says, He reveals deep and secret things. He knows what is in
the darkness. And so must you and I. Now King Nebuchadnezzar had this dream. Everyone
else was being killed—but Daniel. Daniel was promoted and so forth and God positioned. In
other words, that saved Daniel’s life.

ACTS 2:14-18
But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, Men of Judea and all
who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. For these are not drunk,
as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. But this is what was spoken by the
prophet Joel: And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My
Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see
visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I
will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. I want you to understand
something, revelations are a way that God communicates with man. Revelations come in many
ways. It’s the revealing of something that is unknown. That’s why there is the book of
Revelation. The entire book of Revelation is actually about a night vision! It’s actually about a
night vision—the Lord sent his angels. The Spirit of God came upon brother John and he was
taken in the Spirit—and he saw things in darkness—things that were going on. He saw the
enemy’s plan. He saw everything. So did Daniel. Revelation is basically the revealing of
something unknown. In this here, Peter is saying this is prophesied by the prophet Joel that God
would pour out his Spirit upon all flesh and so forth and they would have dreams—First of all it
says they will prophesy. They will have dreams. And they will have visions. Prophesy is this—
when you prophesy you basically see first. It’s not just hearing something. You see something.
Prophesying is an arena where you are calling those things that are not as though they are. Why?
Because you are able to see something. When the Spirit of Prophesy comes on myself and I
began to pray for people, I begin to see things. It’s like a periscope, those things on a submarine,
that comes up and the Holy Spirit shows me all kinds of things about individuals and it’s not a
bad thing. It’s so people can get freed-up and healed and whatever from those things of
bondage. Discerning the spirits, you must discern what spirit is motivating your human spirit.
You can begin to see these spirits. God will begin to show you. I always wanted to know what a
deaf and dumb spirit was and the Lord showed me in a dream one night what it looked like. It’s

the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Prophesy. Calling those things that are not as though they are.
In other words, what you see! Dreams are parables. When God gives you a dream, most of the
time you have to figure it out. They are like parables of the things that God is trying to bring to
you. They can be warnings, they can be visitations, all kinds of stuff. But dreams are basically
parables. Those are things that God gives you while you are sleeping because you aren’t
listening while you are awake. Visions are messages for present and future. Most of the time
they are while you are awake but it can be while in a trance. Sometimes he will give you a
vision right when you doze off—and you think that you are actually sleeping but you are in
between sleeping and being awake. Or it could just be a vision and you could be walking down
the street and the Lord can just—and you’re in the vision. Visions are more of a visitation. They
are more of a visitation where dreams are more of parables. Prophesy is calling things that are
not as though they are because of things that you have seen where God is telling you to call. But
they all have to do with sight. So that means that you and I must have night vision. You need to
put the helmet of salvation on with those night goggle things over the eyes so that you can see.

The bible says that the devil comes as an angel of light. So if you can’t see, you will think he is
a real angel. He is a real angel but you will be deceived. That’s how all these other things came
about with people who have been visited by angels. People were visited by angels and then they
started doctrines. The Mormons—whoever came with the plates. It’s amazing how some of
these religions started only a couple hundred years ago. People drifted way off. Then you have
Jehovah witnesses and Yahweh’s and all of these other stuff. I’m not going to go any further.
They all have a form of godliness but deny the power and the bible says to stay away from them.
Don’t even let that doctrine get in your house. It’s nothing but a doctrine of demons and
bondage! They reject the Holy Ghost. They reject the anointing.

I CORINTHIANS 2:9-12
But as it is written: Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the
things which God has prepared for those who love Him. God loves his children and people are
still not getting it. They can’t see and they can’t hear! They are bound by religion. But God has
revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of
God. Wow! That means you have to go into dark places. And the only way you are going to do
that is with the anointing and the Holy Ghost. For what man knows the things of a man except
the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit
of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that
we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. That’s why there is a
difference. Night vision is given by the Holy Ghost. He is the one that anoints us for those
things. Many quench the Holy Ghost by disobedience to their call. By touching unclean things,
lusts of pleasure. Not able to see beyond their own desires. And their end is drawing closer with
torment and fear. Because time is running out.

EPHESIANS 3:1-7
That’s why many people run because light exposes darkness. They have to run because they still
want to play in their lusts or their pleasures in life. Oh I’m just not ready yet! You’ll be ready
when you end up downstairs! There is not one unbeliever in hell. Everyone is a believer now.
The bible warns us—for someone that knows already and has been filled with the Spirit not to
then trample the spirit of grace. Start at verse 1, For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ

Jesus for you Gentiles— if indeed you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which
was given to me for you, how that by revelation He made known to me the mystery (as I have
briefly written already—Now what’s revelation? A revealing of things unknown. Paul had a lot
of revelations. He had dreams and visions and all kinds of stuff happened to him. Praying in the
Holy Ghost will bring revelation knowledge. By which, when you read, you may understand my
knowledge in the mystery of Christ), which in other ages was not made known to the sons of
men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets: that the
Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ
through the gospel, of which I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given
to me by the effective working of His power. He was saying listen God gave me all these
revelations—which is a revealing of something unknown. Mysteries of God. Remember
revelations are a means by which God communicates with man. That’s why the bible tells us
that without revelation many go astray or they restrain—they restrain themselves from things.
They can’t hold back anymore. They are looking for something for fulfillment because they
have lost revelation. One of the things that Jesus said to his disciples when he was there—he
says, They say I’m this, they say I’m that. Then he brought that to the individual and asked, But
who do you say that I am? Why? Because he wanted to see if they had revelation. It was
something they held on to. David always said, I remember the wonderful things, I remember
what you spoke to me. I remember the dreams and visions. I remember. David was a powerful
prophet of God also. He just wasn’t king. He used to worship the Lord and the presence of God
came upon him. Look at all the psalms he wrote. That was through revelation.

PSALM 13:3
Consider and hear me, O LORD my God; Enlighten my eyes [in other words, open my eyes to
see], Lest I sleep the sleep of death. We need to take this so seriously and cry out to God, Lord
enlighten my eyes that I may see! That I may have night vision! That I may see what the
enemies tactics are! That I may see what his plan is against me! That I may discern that and
not step in the trap!

I remember counseling a man one time and I said, Your blinded. And he said to me, Well I don’t
believe I have done anything wrong and I believe that my heart is pure. And I believe all these
things. I shared with him that much blood was on his hands. Because of his disobedience it
brought the blood of others on his hands. It moved people out of position. It brought destruction
to the body of Christ. It hurt the body of Christ. It only takes one person. Look at how one
person fell in the garden and look what happened. It takes one person to damage the body.
That’s all it takes. It can become a cancer. It takes one person to damage the body—To bring
division. To bring hurt. To move people out of position. It takes one person to damage the
body and when one person backslides and goes back to darkness, we have to take up what that
person was supposed to do. That’s why it’s difficult sometimes. There were times when I would
go, Lord …! And then I refused to go there. I would just say, When I’m weak, He is strong!
Because I was about to say, Lord I don’t know how much longer I can go on this way! But you
know—when I am weak, He is strong. I remember one time he told me, Guy, because of the
disobedience of my children others have to take up and do what the disobedient ones are not
doing. When he was sending me in the jail and we were doing five and six services a week, plus
all the other stuff we were doing, He said, I want you to go in and clean up because my children
are not doing what I have asked them to do. When you disobey God, someone else has to obey.

Someone has to listen and obey. And the ones who are obeying are the ones who are taking up
the slack for everyone else. So they are laboring a lot more. It’s not because they want to. It’s
because they have to, because they don’t have a life.

NUMBERS 24:1-9
Now when Balaam saw that it pleased the LORD to bless Israel, he did not go as at other times,
to seek to use sorcery, but he set his face toward the wilderness. And Balaam raised his eyes,
and saw Israel encamped according to their tribes; and the Spirit of God came upon him. Then
he took up his oracle and said: The utterance of Balaam the son of Beor, The utterance of the
man whose eyes are opened, The utterance of him who hears the words of God, Who sees the
vision of the Almighty, Who falls down, with eyes wide open—He is speaking about himself. He
was giving glory to God. Even Balaam had night vision. He was one of the Lord’s prophets.
But the problem was he was teeter-tottering on both sides. The utterance of a man who what?
Hears the words of God, who sees the vision of the Almighty, Who falls down with eyes wide
open. How lovely are your tents, O Jacob! Your dwellings, O Israel! Like valleys that stretch
out, Like gardens by the riverside, Like aloes planted by the LORD, Like cedars beside the
waters. He shall pour water from his buckets, And his seed shall be in many waters. His king
shall be higher than Agag, And his kingdom shall be exalted. God brings him out of Egypt; He
has strength like a wild ox; He shall consume the nations, his enemies; He shall break their
bones And pierce them with his arrows. He bows down, he lies down as a lion; And as a lion,
who shall rouse him? Blessed is he who blesses you, And cursed is he who curses you. Now you
have to understand something. Just prior to this he was trying to get some cash to go curse
Israel, and the Lord spoke to him and said, No, don’t do that. Then the king came up again to
him and said, Listen man, we will offer you more cash. Balaam said, No, I can’t do that. Why
don’t you just spend then night and we will see what God says. That’s when the Lord sent His
angel to him with a sword and the donkey spoke to him. God was going to kill his prophet for
even letting those people stay overnight and telling them, Listen let me see if God speaks to me
again. Because Balaam already knew—God told him no. That’s challenging God. You know
in your heart when God has told you no and you keep resisting what he is telling you. And you
reason and justify and everything else. You exaggerate and you manipulate over and over and
over—and you lose vision! You can’t see. Immediately the enemy comes and blinds you where
you can’t see. And the next thing you know, you are doing and saying things you didn’t want to
and you end up in a position wondering how you even got there. That’s how quickly the enemy
moves.

DEUTERONOMY 16:18-19
The Lord is speaking to Moses and Moses is telling his people, You shall appoint judges and
officers in all your gates, which the LORD your God gives you, according to your tribes, and
they shall judge the people with just judgment. You shall not pervert justice; you shall not show
partiality, nor take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the
righteous. Let me share something with you—When people begin to do things for money
instead of unto God, immediately blinders come so that when the Lord tries to speak, even if it
comes from the word of God, it gets twisted—until repentance comes. When you are doing
things because of money and you know that God has spoken to you—so you took a job. But
God had told you you were not supposed to take that job. When you say, You know Lord you
haven’t opened anything else. He says, Well why don’t you wait?! I would open this one if you

trusted me. But you associate with an independent spirit. It’s called pride and fear. And you
become blind because you have accepted that job and that’s like taking a bribe. You take a bribe
and blinders come on you. And the words that come to you are twisted because you can’t hear
correctly. That’s how the devil works, with bribes. I’ve seen people fall into that bribe of
money and fall into places and leave their calling and leave their destiny and get moved out of
position all because they have been bribed by money and miss God. They become blinded and
they cannot hear. They lose night vision.

PSALM 119:33-37; 147-148

Teach me, O LORD, the way of Your statutes, And I shall keep it to the end. Give me
understanding, and I shall keep Your law; Indeed, I shall observe it with my whole heart. Make
me walk in the path of Your commandments, For I delight in it. [Listen he says, Teach me, Give
me, Make me.] Incline my heart to Your testimonies, And not to covetousness. Turn away my
eyes from looking at worthless things, And revive me in Your way. He knew he had to keep these
eye gates clean! He knew he had to keep them clean so he could see. You have to keep those
clean! Go to verse 147. I rise before the dawning of the morning, And cry for help; I hope in
Your word. My eyes are awake through the night watches, That I may meditate on Your word.
He said that, My eyes are awake. His eyes were awake to see. Some people are still sleeping.
They are still sleeping and can’t see. And their eyes need to be awakened so that they can see.
Like I said some people need to have dreams, because they can’t see while they are awake.

So many people aren’t listening and God tries to speak to them in dreams. But they shrug off the
dreams because they are really not able to see sometimes. They are not interpreting because they
have become dull. Or they are touching unclean things, which is hindering their perception.

2 KINGS 6:8-23
Now the king of Syria was making war against Israel; and he consulted with his servants,
saying, My camp will be in such and such a place. And the man of God sent to the king of Israel,
saying, Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are coming down there. Then the
king of Israel sent someone to the place of which the man of God had told him. Thus he warned
him, and he was watchful there, not just once or twice. Therefore the heart of the king of Syria
was greatly troubled by this thing; and he called his servants and said to them, Will you not
show me which of us is for the king of Israel? And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O
king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in
your bedroom. He had night vision. So he said, Go and see where he is, that I may send and get
him. And it was told him, saying, Surely he is in Dothan. Therefore he sent horses and chariots
and a great army there, and they came by night and surrounded the city. They were trying to get
Elisha. And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army,
surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, Alas, my master!
What shall we do? So he answered, Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those
who are with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.
Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was
full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. So when the Syrians came down to him,
Elisha prayed to the LORD, and said, Strike this people, I pray, with blindness. And He struck
them with blindness according to the word of Elisha. Now Elisha said to them, This is not the
way, nor is this the city. Follow me, and I will bring you to the man whom you seek. But he led

them to Samaria. So it was, when they had come to Samaria, that Elisha said, LORD, open the
eyes of these men, that they may see. And the LORD opened their eyes, and they saw; and there
they were, inside Samaria! Now they freaked! Because they thought they were going to die.
Now when the king of Israel saw them, he said to Elisha, My father, shall I kill them? Shall I kill
them? But he answered, You shall not kill them. Would you kill those whom you have taken
captive with your sword and your bow? Set food and water before them, that they may eat and
drink and go to their master. Then he prepared a great feast for them; and after they ate and
drank, he sent them away and they went to their master. So the bands of Syrian raiders came no
more into the land of Israel. I’m telling you—it only takes one man with sight! It just takes one
man with sight to turn the armies away! Oh Lord—Open our eyes that we may see!

ACTS 26:14-18
This is about Saul. And when we all had fallen to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me
and saying in the Hebrew language, Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you
to kick against the goads. So I said, Who are You, Lord? And He said, I am Jesus, whom you
are persecuting. But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to
make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things
which I will yet reveal to you. That’s for you too, you know. I will deliver you from the Jewish
people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn
them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive
forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me. That is a
powerful statement! That is the statement for you and I. That’s why we’ve been rescued.

MATTHEW 20:29-34
Now as they went out of Jericho, a great multitude followed Him. And behold, two blind men
sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on
us, O Lord, Son of David! Then the multitude warned them that they should be quiet; but they
cried out all the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David! The enemy is always
going to try and tell you to be quiet and don’t pray. Don’t do your deliverance prayers. Don’t do
warfare—it’s okay. Jesus knows what you need. So Jesus stood still and called them, and said,
What do you want Me to do for you? They said to Him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened. You
have to understand, there has to be a cry and relationship to keep those eyes opened. So Jesus
had compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they
followed Him. Without the sight you cannot follow him. You will follow the dictates of your
own heart. You will go by how you feel and what your carnal sight is. You will be easily
offended because you won’t have night vision and won’t be able to see the enemy involved in
the circumstance. You will be looking toward yourself. Woe is me! And you will not allow the
Lord to bring you through your personal walls as God begins to expose you. Why? Because the
powers of darkness are there being exposed. You will always want to run. Well this church isn’t
for me! I don’t like what the preacher said. Well they didn’t greet me at the door so I’m just
going to leave! All of this foolishness. People jump from church to church like they are bar
hopping.

I JOHN 2:18-20
Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now
many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us,

but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they
went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us. That’s amazing! Many
people because they cannot see walk out into the darkness because they have never been in an
arena of freedom. They have never been in that arena of freedom because they have never
allowed God to give them that freedom. Have you ever heard someone say, Give me a break!
Sometimes God says, Give me a break! We need to give God a break and let him work on our
behalf!! Well God didn’t work quick enough. I need a drive-thru deliverance! I need a drive-
thru healing! Come on, isn’t there a pill I can take to get filled with the Holy Ghost??!! The
reason the spirit of antichrist is involved in this is because all demons are antichrist. They are
against the move of the Spirit. They are against the anointing of God because the anointing of
God allows you to see! The spirit of antichrist comes in so that you are blinded. If everyone
around you can see your stuff and you can’t, there is a spirit of antichrist there. There is a spirit
of rebellion there. And you don’t know it and you think you are okay. Well I haven’t used
today. I didn’t drink. You begin to justify and weigh your rights with your wrongs. Look at
what it says in verse 20, But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.
Why? Because you can see—you have night vision. You know the relationships you are not
supposed to be involved in. God sees all things. You know. People know, exactly, their offense
towards God. They know! And when the reject that, they accept the antichrist and the scales
come on. Every time you reject light, you accept darkness. Eventually the antichrist just takes
people and moves them totally out of light. The move out of fellowships. The look for places
where they can become roaches and do their own thing. Then when they are crushed enough
they crawl back to the light—wounded and hurt, to get restored. That’s if they make it. Many
have not made it. That’s why you need to be grateful and thankful that you are still here and
alive.

PROVERBS 12:15
The way of a fool is right in his own eyes—Why? Because he can’t see. But he who heeds
counsel is wise. See when you can’t see that means you need to get someone who can! God is
not the author of confusion. He doesn’t bring torment. He doesn’t bring fear. He doesn’t bring
condemnation. He doesn’t bring those things. When those things are there, you are touching
something unclean! If you cannot submit to God in the things that he has given you on your
table to do, then there is something wrong. In other words, if you are making vows and can’t
complete the vows you are making, something is not right. If you are making a commitment to
the Lord to do something, God never interrupts himself—only the devil does. And he will try
and move you out of position. That is his purpose. Why? Because he wants to take and/or
move you off track of your destiny. How many times have you said, I know this is God. I’m
going to do it! Two days later you change your mind – Well maybe it wasn’t God. Then the next
thing you know—Well God told me…. When it really wasn’t God and now you’ve opened
yourself up to familiar spirits. Let me tell you, the familiar spirit is always following the Holy
Ghost. Because when you reject the Holy Ghost, the familiar spirit steps right in and says, Hi,
I’m here to deceive you! He’s always following the Holy Ghost. As soon as you reject the Holy
Ghost that familiar spirit is right there and steps in. Then he tickles you—telling you what you
want to hear pretending to the Holy Ghost saying things such as, God said you don’t have to
submit! God said it’s okay for you to have those ungodly relationships. He knows your heart.
That’s a familiar spirit. God said you don’t have to complete these nine months—you’re okay.
God never interrupt’s himself. That’s a familiar demon! And he is trying to steal your destiny.

Why? Because he has blinded you. You can’t see what is right in front of your own eyes. Some
are able to see for short periods of time. Only for short periods of time and then they go back in
comfort and justify their own sight. They took hold of a familiar spirit who gave them goose
bumps and they thought, this must be God. If you made a vow before God and you knew it was
God telling you to do something and all of a sudden you are in a comfort zone and the familiar
spirit comes in saying not to do that. Well what did God tell you to do? Well he changed his
mind. Did he? What spirit are you listening to? Some people are able to see for a short time and
then they go back to comfort and justify by their own sight.

ISAIAH 6:9
And He said, “Go, and tell this people: Keep on hearing, but do not understand; Keep on
seeing, but do not perceive. Make the heart of this people dull, And their ears heavy, And shut
their eyes; Lest they see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their
heart, And return and be healed. In other words, REPENT! Turn away and be healed.

EPHESIANS 5:8-14
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the
fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to
the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.
For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things
that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. Therefore
He says: Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead—Why? Because if you’re sleeping and you
can’t see, your dead!! And Christ will give you light.
