TRUE MINISTRIES CHURCH

WATCHMAN OF THE KING

The bible tells us in Hosea 4:6 that my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. It’s
important that we have knowledge—but it’s not knowledge of the world. It’s about knowledge
of the Spirit realm. It’s about knowledge of Christ. It’s about knowledge of the fullness of the
trinity of God. Knowledge represents truth. That’s where people get freed—by truth! Truth
frees people. Not knowledge! You may have facts and you may have truth. They are two
different things. Because facts may lead to a lie. But truth will always free you. There is a time
and a season in what we are going through. It’s important because God is rescuing a lot of his
people. Many people who have been backslidden, God is rescuing right now. In a great,
powerful way—people who have claimed to have known Jesus and accepted him years ago and
who have turned away and allowed the devil to steal the seed from them and they have gone
back to drugs and alcohol and fornication and whatever. He has been drawing them and
convicting them in a great and mighty way. One of the things that is happening right now is God
is calling mankind to repentance. He is calling all mankind to repentance right now. When man
does not come to repentance judgment comes. Judgment is not a frame or form of saying, I’m
going to punish you. It’s a form of awakening. What we are seeing right now is awakening. If
you look at what President Bush is doing right now, it’s a humanitarian rescue from people that
are being tortured and so forth. Saddam doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s just demon
possessed!! He is just being used by the devil to destroy mankind and support others that are
willing to serve him. So we are at a critical point right now to serve him. We are at a critical
point right now and I just keep getting reminded of a dream I had where I was riding on a horse
on the ocean and there was a naval ship that had a hole in the side. I ran up to the side of this
naval ship on this horse and we bent back the steel. Don’t ask me how—it was a dream! Then I
started riding a little bit further and the Lord said to me, Would you die for me? And I said, Yes
Lord! The horse then took off and I went between to destroyers and headed toward what was
Iraq/Iran—that area. And it began to rain oil and I began to suffocate because of the oil and I
woke up. The Lord keeps bringing me back to that. I really believe it’s a transition right now.
This is a beginning of something that is going to roll out—and continue to roll until his return.
It’s an awakening. It’s an awesome time to be here. Of course, we know that naval ship got
struck by a bomb or whatever—on the side! I had forgotten about that. I started remembering
what I had this dream about. This is powerful. Here the Lord is telling me and then asking me if
I would die for him. Of course I said yes. You know all of these things are falling into play and
one of the things we need to die to, of course, is self! We need to stop being self seekers. We
need to seek His will and now our own. One of the things that is happening is that God is
rescuing his people. If you go back into a time when John the Baptist who was a forerunner of
the Lord Jesus Christ, and we have been talking a little bit about this. Turn to Mark chapter 1.

MARK 1:1-8, 14-18

The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. As it is written in the Prophets:
“Behold, I send My messenger before Your face, Who will prepare Your way before You.” The
voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Prepare the way of the LORD; Make His paths
straight.’” Now we know he is talking about John the Baptist. John the Baptist came in the
Spirit of Elijah. Now he starts talking about it. John came baptizing in the wilderness and

-1-
preaching a baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. That still is being preached! Then
all the land of Judea, and those from Jerusalem, went out to him and were all baptized by him in
the Jordan River, confessing their sins. Now John was clothed with camel’s hair and with a
leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey. These were not flying locusts!
He wasn’t sticking something in his mouth that was buzzing around! They were nuts!! They
were special nuts on a tree. It’s called a locust tree. They were high in protein. So we see here
that John was eating nuts and honey. And he preached, saying, “There comes One after me who
is mightier than I, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to stoop down and loose. I indeed
baptized you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.” Now this is powerful
because John came preaching repentance. He was preaching repentance in preparation for one
who was going to come. He was actually saying that one was going to come and actually be
preaching the same message but there will be a period of time where he will be able to baptize
you with the Holy Spirit. Now go to verse 14, Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to
Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God. Now the gospel means message. Jesus
was preaching the kingdom of God! Saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at
hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” Or believe in the message that I am bringing you. So
the same message was repent—turn away from your sins because the kingdom of God is at hand.
The bible tells us when people asked about being baptized, John said, Repent!! Repent and
receive the Holy Spirit. So we see two things here very important. Not only was Jesus
continuing to preach repentance but he was preaching the messages of the kingdom of God
because he was the kingdom of God! The kingdom of God is by the Holy Spirit. Verse 16, And
as He walked by the Sea of Galilee, He saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the
sea; for they were fishermen. Then Jesus said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you become
fishers of men.” He had a whole other job for them. They immediately left their nets and
followed Him. They left their nets and followed him. There was something that was a ripping
away from the world. Jesus didn’t say to them, Believe me. He said, Follow me! Just because
people believe, it doesn’t mean they are going home! The word believe actually means to
follow. Because if you are truly not a follower of Christ, you are not a believer. Jesus didn’t go
to them and say, Hey guys—believe me. He said, Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.
In other words, You will no longer serve the world, you will serve me. He was getting ready to
change their whole life. We see that the same message is still being preached. Repentance is the
only way into the kingdom of God. We are sinners. We sin every day. We sin by thoughts,
actions, words, deeds. The word repent also means to turn away from sin. To turn away from
sin. I get a lot of people telling me, Man I want to quit using drugs and alcohol. I said well
throw away the bottle, get rid of all the dope and the paraphernalia. You are not going to quit if
you don’t get rid of it first. I get a lot of people say, I really want to stop smoking cigarettes.
Okay. Get rid of them. Then we will cast out the devil and then you won’t have to go back to it.
I want to stop fornicating. Well move out from the person you are living with. The kingdom of
God is being preached now. But repentance is going ahead of the kingdom of God. John the
Baptist made a powerful statement when he said there is one after me who is going to baptize
you in the Holy Spirit. Now you notice John goes to prison. He gets moved out of the way.
Because he would have probably tried to rescue Jesus! He would have done a Peter move! Jesus
was preaching and declaring the mysteries of the kingdom of God. But he was still preaching
repentance.

-2-
ROMANS 14:16-17
Therefore do not let your good be spoken of as evil; for the kingdom of God is not eating and
drinking—Understand this. Peter and all the other guys were fisherman. They were concerned
about eating and drinking. They were more concerned about eating and drinking than they were
the kingdom of God because nobody had told them about it. They only knew about the
scriptures from the Torah because everybody at that time knew about God. They were Jews—
Hebrew. It was their tradition. Everybody went to the synagogue. So they knew. The problem
was that they didn’t understand. Only those that were really seeking the Lord with all of their
heart, those God allowed to have access to his Spirit. So understand that at this period of time,
they knew. But they were still more concerned about eating and drinking—until the Lord
showed up and then they became more concerned about the kingdom. That’s when Jesus said he
would make them fishers of men instead of fish. It says, For the kingdom of God is not eating
and drinking but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Far be it that we shouldn’t
be walking in the Holy Spirit with no righteousness, peace and joy! No joy, no peace, no
righteousness? Then you aren’t right! There is something you need. He’s called the Holy
Spirit. If you have the Holy Spirit, you need to go get filled again! Because it’s our
responsibility to stay filled with the Holy Spirit. Why? So the kingdom of God can be
manifested in you and through you for his glory. So we see here John the Baptist preached
repentance. He said one will come and baptize you in the Holy Spirit so the kingdom would be
manifested. Through man. The bible says the kingdom of God is neither here nor there but
within.

MATTHEW 16:1-4
Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing Him asked that He would show them a sign
from heaven. He answered and said to them, “When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair
weather, for the sky is red’; and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red
and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot
discern the signs of the times. He called them hypocrites. Because they couldn’t discern the
signs of the times. Why? Because they knew the scriptures but didn’t understand them. So they
couldn’t discern. That’s what separates religion and relationship. Because he said to them you
seek the scriptures that testify of me thinking you have eternal life but you won’t come to me
where you can have it. He was rebuking them. Verse 4, A wicked and adulterous generation
seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.”
Understand this—one of the things that was happening is the natural man (the carnal man) can’t
understand the signs of the times. The carnal man can’t understand the signs of the times. They
couldn’t discern the kingdom of God. So John the Baptist came preaching and he was preaching
repentance because the blood always goes before the Spirit. So that they could receive the Spirit
and understand the mysteries of the kingdom of God. So the natural man cannot discern the
kingdom of God or the signs of the times. John did come and John was one who was explaining
to them and expressing to them what the kingdom of God was. He was one that was giving them
and assisting them in their discernment. You know what he was? He was a watchman for the
Lord. He was a watchman. He was a forerunner of the King of glory. He was preparing the
way. How do you prepare a way for something. Before you build a building you need to have a
blueprint. There were three major things that had to happen during that period of time before
Jesus could come. One of the things was that there had to be a common language. And there
was. Because the Roman empire was globally in control. Another thing was that there had to be

-3-
transportation more—roads were being built and so forth. So there was transportation. And the
other thing was that there had to be a common way of understanding in language or in writing—
In writings so that there were translations given out. So Jesus came at a perfect set time where
the message could be preached quickly, could be brought forth and could be understood. John
the Baptist was the forerunner and a watchman for the Lord. You and I have been called as
forerunners of Jesus for his return because we are called to be watchmen for the King. A
watchman is one who is watching the signs of the times. What you and I are doing is discerning
all of these signs of the times. Why? So you and I could tell others. But if you’re not watching,
you’re not getting and you’re not being able to tell.

1 CORINTHIANS 2:12-14
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world—Now what’s the spirit of the world? The
spirit of antichrist. Remember the spirit of antichrist is not just one individual. That represents a
demonic hold in itself. The ruler of this world is satan. His servants are known as the spirit of
antichrist. So we have not received the spirit of the world. But the Spirit who is from God, that
we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. Now that’s pretty powerful.
It’s our responsibility to discern the signs and the times because we are to be watchmen. Verse
13, These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy
Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. So it’s the Holy Spirit that’s teaching.
Verse 14, But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are
foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. So it is
important that you and I become watchmen so we can discern the signs and the times and what is
going on to express to others that don’t know. We are now their discernment. Because the
carnal mind cannot understand it. People who are not walking right in the Lord will not
understand those things! I don’t care if Jesus Christ is their Lord and Savior, if they are not in
the Spirit they are not right! Because then they are in the flesh! They are not right! Something’s
not right!! That’s why the Spirit of God is drawing all mankind. That’s why John came
preaching, Repent! Why? So you can accept Jesus and get baptized in the Holy Ghost. So
something can happen to you! That’s what the big division is in the body of Christ. There are
those who believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and there are those who don’t. That’s one of
the big divisions. But Jesus commanded that man be baptized in the Holy Spirit. It’s a
command from God! It’s available to all man. That’s the difference between the spirit of error
and the Spirit of truth. So the natural man, the carnal man cannot understand the signs of the
times. They cannot understand the things of the Spirit. To them it’s foolish. It’s very foolish.
When people tried to tell you and I at one time, it was pretty foolish! I always thought it was just
old people who were supposed to go to church. When I went to church everyone left the same
way the came in. Hypocrites. I still stole and everything. I didn’t bring dope in the church—I
don’t think I did. There wasn’t a relationship. Said a few hail mary’s, ran around the church, did
a few up and downs and I was done. Because I didn’t know the Lord. I didn’t know. There was
a big difference. My repentance was to say so many prayers and I was forgiven—that’s plum
nuts! It wasn’t about how much I did. It was the sincerity of a relationship with my Father in
heaven that I was sorry for hurting him. Because when I sinned, I hurt Him! I always looked at
God as this mean individual—because that’s how he was brought to me. I didn’t know he loved
me. I didn’t understand it because I was carnal. I was a bonehead! That’s carnal. How could I
understand—I never went to a bible study! I didn’t know the bible was true! In fact, I was told
it was a story. I always thought that because Jesus allowed marijuana to grow and coco leaves

-4-
and poppy seeds—it was for me! If God made it, I’m going to do it!! I didn’t realize I was
deceived! I didn’t have any discernment—NOBODY TOLD ME!! The only thing they said was
that it was wrong. I asked why it was wrong. And they couldn’t answer most of it. No one ever
told me I had demons. They always said time would work it’s way out. No it wouldn’t!!! I
needed deliverance and I needed healing!!! Hallelujah. Then I went to a church that had the
Holy Ghost—and I left different!! Then I got slammed! Then I became a watchman ….

ACTS 9:1-8; 17-18

Saul! Our brother Saul—verse 1, Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the
disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest and asked letters from him to the synagogues of
Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring
them bound to Jerusalem. So he was looking for those who got Spirit filled!! He knew which
ones were Spirit filled!! Their fruit was different. They were no longer religious, they were free.
They had a relationship. It was different. As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and
suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice
saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?” And he said, “Who are You, Lord?”
Then the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against
the goads.” So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?” Then
the Lord said to him, “Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” So he
did. He got up— And the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice but
seeing no one. Then Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes were opened he saw no one.
But they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. So he was blinded. In true
reality, he was just being set apart. Go to verse 17, And Ananias went his way and entered the
house; and laying his hands on him he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you
on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy
Spirit.” That’s where Spirit filled came from!! I remember one time I offended this gentlemen
who was working in the Christian bookstore and I said to him, Where is the Spirit filled bible?
He looked at me and snapped, They’re all the same. I went, Whoa … this guy does not have the
Spirit. He was offended tremendously because I asked him for the Spirit filled bible. He was
trying to convince me that it didn’t matter. I wasn’t going to get sucked in the ring. I just let him
ponder on whatever and I proceeded to look for the Spirit filled bible book. Hallelujah.
Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and
he arose and was baptized. Understand something—when Saul, who was a religious individual
—he was religious thinking he was actually killing for God but he was deceived. He didn’t
understand the scriptures because if he did he would have known because of the signs of the
times that this was the Messiah. Because some of the Pharisees and Sadducees did realize that
Jesus was the Messiah. Because they understood the scriptures. We see that Saul was an
individual that was self-seeking. He was actually trying to hold his position as high ranking
Pharisee. Doing things to sustain his position. So he was actually coming against what he
supposedly was for. Because he was out killing people—supposedly under the ten
commandments, one of which was, thou shall not kill! But he figured he was killing for God and
that made it supposedly alright. Until he got slam-dunked in the Holy Ghost. Then you know
what happened? The scales came off. Then you know what happened? He became a
watchman! He became a watchman for the Lord. And he changed his name to Paul. So Saul
became Paul and was Spirit-filled preaching Christ and preparing others, as he would teach them,
to become watchmen (because the scales fell off of him) and he became the head watchman.

ISAIAH 21:1-9
The burden against the Wilderness of the Sea. As whirlwinds in the South pass through, So it
comes from the desert, from a terrible land. A distressing vision is declared to me; The
treacherous dealer deals treacherously, And the plunderer plunders. Go up, O Elam! Besiege,
O Media! All its sighing I have made to cease. Therefore my loins are filled with pain; Pangs
have taken hold of me, like the pangs of a woman in labor. I was distressed when I heard it; I
was dismayed when I saw it. My heart wavered, fearfulness frightened me; The night for which I
longed He turned into fear for me. Prepare the table, Set a watchman in the tower, Eat and
drink. Arise, you princes, Anoint the shield! For thus has the Lord said to me: “Go, set a
watchman, Let him declare what he sees.” What does a watchman do? Declares what he sees!
And he saw a chariot with a pair of horsemen, A chariot of donkeys, and a chariot of camels,
And he listened earnestly with great care. He listened with great care! Then he cried, “A lion,
[a] my Lord! I stand continually on the watchtower in the daytime; I have sat at my post every
night. And look, here comes a chariot of men with a pair of horsemen!” Then he answered and
said, “Babylon is fallen, is fallen! And all the carved images of her gods He has broken to the
ground.” He declares what he sees. A watchman declares what he sees!! He declares what he
sees in what? The Spirit.

JEREMIAH 6:16-20
Thus says the LORD: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way
is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’
Also, I set watchmen over you, saying, ‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’ But they said, ‘We
will not listen.’ Therefore hear, you nations, And know, O congregation, what is among them.
Hear, O earth! Behold, I will certainly bring calamity on this people— The fruit of their
thoughts, Because they have not heeded My words Nor My law, but rejected it. For what
purpose to Me Comes frankincense from Sheba, and sweet cane from a far country? Your burnt
offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet to Me. So we just shared that a watchman
declares what he sees and proclaims what he hears. Declares what he sees and proclaims what
he hears. In fact, the Lord says that what you hear in the dark, speak on the housetops. The
secrets of the Lord are with those who are sanctified by Him. The secrets of the Lord are
declared to those who seek Him. Who are sanctified by Him. We are to declare what we see and
we are to proclaim what we hear!

ISAIAH 52:7-10
How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims
peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion,
“Your God reigns!” Your watchmen shall lift up their voices, With their voices they shall sing
together; For they shall see eye to eye When the LORD brings back Zion. Break forth into joy,
sing together, You waste places of Jerusalem! For the LORD has comforted His people, He has
redeemed Jerusalem. The LORD has made bare His holy arm In the eyes of all the nations; And
all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. A watchman sings and proclaims
salvation. He’s a worshipper. A watchman is a worshiper!!! He is a praise and worshipper—
that’s a watchman. What’s he doing? Bringing the good message of salvation.

-6-
ISAIAH 62:6-12
I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night.
You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, And give Him no rest till He establishes
And till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth. The LORD has sworn by His right hand And
by the arm of His strength: “Surely I will no longer give your grain As food for your enemies;
And the sons of the foreigner shall not drink your new wine, For which you have labored. But
those who have gathered it shall eat it, And praise the LORD; Those who have brought it
together shall drink it in My holy courts.” Go through, Go through the gates! Prepare the way
for the people; Build up, Build up the highway! Take out the stones, Lift up a banner for the
peoples! Indeed the LORD has proclaimed To the end of the world: “Say to the daughter of
Zion, ‘Surely your salvation is coming; Behold, His reward is with Him, And His work before
Him.’” And they shall call them The Holy People, The Redeemed of the LORD; And you shall
be called Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken. So a watchman is a protector and a defender of
Truth. He is a protector and defender of truth. I am just not talking gender here—there are
watch-women too. This has nothing to do with gender. When you see the word “man” involved,
that’s a representation of creation of man. Mankind.

JEREMIAH 51:11-14
Make the arrows bright! Gather the shields! The LORD has raised up the spirit of the kings of
the Medes. For His plan is against Babylon to destroy it, Because it is the vengeance of the
LORD, The vengeance for His temple. Set up the standard on the walls of Babylon; Make the
guard strong, Set up the watchmen, Prepare the ambushes. For the LORD has both devised and
done What He spoke against the inhabitants of Babylon. O you who dwell by many waters,
Abundant in treasures, Your end has come, The measure of your covetousness. The LORD of
hosts has sworn by Himself:!RM “Surely I will fill you with men, as with locusts, and they shall
lift up a shout against you.” What is a watchman doing here? He is involved in battle. A
watchman is always involved in battle.

JEREMIAH 4:14-18
O Jerusalem, wash your heart from wickedness, That you may be saved. How long shall your
evil thoughts lodge within you? For a voice declares from Dan And proclaims affliction from
Mount Ephraim: “Make mention to the nations, Yes, proclaim against Jerusalem, That watchers
come from a far country And raise their voice against the cities of Judah. Like keepers of a field
they are against her all around, Because she has been rebellious against Me,” says the LORD.
“Your ways and your doings have procured these things for you. This is your wickedness,
Because it is bitter, Because it reaches to your heart.” One of the things a watchman does is
expose rebellion. Didn’t John the Baptist expose rebellion? Amen. Didn’t Jesus expose
rebellion? He called them hypocrites. If you called someone a hypocrite today they would
complain that you were accusing or judging them. Jesus never said not to judge. He said make
sure you pull the plank out of your own eye before you judge. How else are you going to know.
Why? Because you have been called to be a watchman. A watchman judges. He doesn’t
proclaim judgment. He judges. We will get to that.

DANIEL 4:13-17
“I saw in the visions of my head while on my bed, and there was a watcher, a holy one, coming
down from heaven. Now he didn’t say “angel” did he. Because before he has mentioned angels.

-7-
Now somehow this watcher is part of the angelic host or somebody. It could have been the Lord
—we don’t know. It says a watcher came down. Think about this. When Jesus appeared, who
came with Him? Two watchers. Moses and Elijah. He cried aloud and said thus: ‘Chop down
the tree and cut off its branches, Strip off its leaves and scatter its fruit. Let the beasts get out
from under it, And the birds from its branches. Nevertheless leave the stump and roots in the
earth, Bound with a band of iron and bronze, In the tender grass of the field. Let it be wet with
the dew of heaven, And let him graze with the beasts on the grass of the earth. Let his heart be
changed from that of a man, Let him be given the heart of a beast, And let seven times pass over
him. ‘ This decision is by the decree of the watchers, And the sentence by the word of the holy
ones, In order that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, Gives it
to whomever He will, and sets over it the lowest of men.’ In other words, Daddy sets forth who
rules and who reigns. This is what had happened to Nebuchadnezzar because of his
disobedience and so forth. A watchman had come down and spoke to Daniel letting him know
that the watchers put a decree out. This came down from the Holy Ones. We have to understand
it was very possible that it was the council of the Lord. And it talks about those who are in the
council of the Lord in the throne room of God and so forth. So apparently there was some
angelic whatever—watcher that came in a dream and spoke to Daniel and gave him the
understanding and the interpretation to proclaim. As for me and you as watchers—what were
they doing? They were proclaiming judgment. Watchers do proclaim judgment.

EZEKIEL 33:1-6
In a multitude of counsel, there is safety and wisdom. Judgment is not always bad. Judgment
could be good. We just have a tendency to think that judgment is always bad. In a court room a
judge can proclaim a judgment with a reward. It’s his decision. He judged what was before him.
Judgment! Start at verse 1, Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying, “Son of man,
speak to the children of your people, and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword upon a land, and
the people of the land take a man from their territory and make him their watchman, when he
sees the sword coming upon the land, if he blows the trumpet and warns the people, then
whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, if the sword comes and takes
him away, his blood shall be on his own head. Are you going to take the warning or not. He
heard the sound of the trumpet, but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But
he who takes warning will save his life. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not
blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person
from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s
hand.’ Understand that what I am sharing with you tonight is because I am a watchman!! And
so are you. I am telling you that the war in Iraq is the beginning of something intense and
explosive. You and I must be watchmen!! It’s important. Very, very important. You must stay
in position to be a watchman. Because if you move out of position you will miss what God is
telling you to tell others. If you are self-seeking and caught up in yourself—If you are more
concerned about your money and your job, your family and everything else, and you are caught
up in yourself, you will not be able to get what God is sending you. You will miss it. And what
you are told to proclaim you will miss.

EZEKIEL 3:17-21
“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from
My mouth, and give them warning from Me: When I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’

-8-
and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life,
that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand. The
“wicked” means unsaved here. Yet, if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his
wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your
soul. He’s talking about unbelievers. There is a time right now—the Lord shared with me that if
you remember when the towers came down, seven days prior to that the Lord shared with me—
no way will they understand and receive the preaching of the Kingdom of God, Behold the
Kingdom of God. But they will understand, Behold the day of the Lord. That day he told me, I
want you to teach on “The day of the Lord.” On The day of the Lord it talks about the towers
coming down. Seven days later, meaning complete and perfect, the towers came down. That
was all a part of God’s Spirit. He was preparing us. Verse 20, Again, when a righteous man
turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he
shall die—Now a righteous one is a believer. Because you did not give him warning, he shall die
in his sin, and his righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will
require at your hand. Understand this—when a believer breaks covenant with God everything
they have labored for that has been stored up in heaven is removed. It’s removed. But at least he
isn’t dead yet. You will see this next. Nevertheless if you warn the righteous man that the
righteous should not sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live because he took warning; also
you will have delivered your soul.” That’s even warning of the righteous. So when you see a
righteous individual doing the things—the bible tells us not to be surrounded—if you know a
brother that’s walking not upright and doing things—Paul said according to my gospel—to turn
away from them. In fact, he goes on further to say we are to expose them. So a watcher is one
who is to expose also. Now you are not to go around fault-finding. Exposing an individual is
not about exposing them publicly either. It means that you go to the individual and you expose
the sin to them. The bible says to go to him with a brother and if he refuses it then bring him to
the church. That’s what the bible tells us. Is that individual judging? Yes. He is supposed to be
judging!! You and I are to be judges. We are to discern what is right and what is not right, what
is clean and unclean, and what’s holy and unholy. If an individual is doing something that you
know and the Holy Spirit is telling you and showing you—especially in front your eyes and you
just turn your head and that individual falls, the blood is on your hands!! Unless you warn him.
Like I said we are NOT to go out and be fault-finders. We are to be watchers. When the Spirit
says do something, we are to do it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten a call from
someone telling me they are going through all kinds of stuff and the Holy Spirit will tell me he’s
in fornication—and the person said, Jesus paid the price for me, I can fornicate. What!! What
doctrine is that? What bonehead preaching is that? That’s a lie. You keep that up and you’re
going to die and go to hell. Jesus paid the prices so you could REPENT! Start. And come out
of that relationship. Or you will die and go to hell. It’s amazing because these are doctrines that
are being preached. Doctrines that are coming out of the spirit of a man instead of the Holy
Spirit. We have a great teaching called The Lie of Always Saved. We are watchmen. So you
know what we are supposed to do? Rescue those from judgment who are committing sin. You
and I are actually on a search and rescue mission. Because we are watchmen. Our purpose in
love is to rescue those who are on the way to hell. That’s the purpose. Jesus’ purpose was to
expose wickedness. He was the head of the head watchman.

We are to discern what we hear. We are to discern what teachings are being brought forth. The
Lord sent me to this place one time. And they were teaching about the book of Revelation. I

-9-
didn’t know why he sent me there. He sent me there with about 6 or 7 other people from our
morning prayer group. Anyway, after the first couple of sessions, I was the only one left out of
our group and there were still these other people there. There was not a right witness in my spirit
of the things I was hearing. The Holy Spirit was giving me things after the class, and I would be
talking to some people and every time I would raise my hand to ask a question about something,
they would ignore me. What they were teaching was error. It was total error! They were
bringing people in bondage. They were telling them if they didn’t go to church on Saturdays
they were going to hell! They were trying to put people in bondage under the Sabbath. I said
wait a minute, Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath and Sabbath means rest and if you have a
relationship with the Lord, you’re going to rest. That’s why He says come to me and rest!! So I
realized afterward that he had sent me somewhere else where these people were falling into
bondage and he had me declare to them and expose what was going on. It was a group of people
that were part of another church that I was going to and some of them started spreading off from
the morning prayer group and got involved in this bondage and I went there and I shared with
them and exposed what the devil was doing. Because God showed me—declared to me what
was what, put me through the experience and I was able to express the experience and the
bondage that was about to happen to them—because he sent me out as a watchman.

JAMES 5:19-20
Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him
know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover
a multitude of sins. That’s what a watchman does. It says if he turns from the truth so obviously
this individual knew the truth. The bible says that many will fall from the faith taking heed to
deceiving spirits. Because our fight is not against flesh and blood but against powers of
darkness. So as a watchman we need to express these things to those who have fallen into
bondage as the Lord leads us. How are you going to turn someone from sin? You are going to
what? Expose it to them. You are not fault-finding. You are rescuing.

2 TIMOTHY 4:1-5
I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the
dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of
season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come
when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have
itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from
the truth, and be turned aside to fables. Deceiving spirits. But you be watchful in all things,
endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. As a watchman.

JAMES 3:13-17
Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are
done in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do
not boast and lie against the truth. It’s amazing in how that manifests. When people try to
protect themselves in self-seeking, do you know what they do? They lie. Verse 15, This wisdom
does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. For where envy and self-seeking
exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure,
then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield (submission), full of mercy and good fruits, without
partiality and without hypocrisy. You know there are blind watchers. You have to be careful of

- 10 -
them. They are the ones that like to expose everything but themselves. Self-seekers. What they
are doing is trying to defend self.

ISAIAH 56:9-11
All you beasts of the field, come to devour, All you beasts in the forest. His watchmen are blind,
They are all ignorant; They are all dumb dogs, They cannot bark; Sleeping, lying down, loving
to slumber. Yes, they are greedy dogs which never have enough. And they are shepherds who
cannot understand; they all look to their own way, every one for his own gain, from his own
territory. Those are blind watchers. Obviously greed has taken a hold of them. Self-seekers.
Me, me, me! These are those who are in position and using position for self gain. So there are
blind watchers. Self-seekers. They are called dogs. They can’t bark!!

JUDE 8; 14
Today I was watching the news, and someone high in the democratic party actually spoke out in
a disgusting way. It offended me. To come against the President of the United States and his
position was unruly and ungodly. I pray he repents if he is a believer. I pray God will grant him
repentance if he is not. What he did was in verse 8—read it with me. Likewise also these
dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries. That’s pretty powerful.
I was watching this interview with—of course you know the French government has come
against what the United States is doing—and one of the reporters during the interview they had
asked a question and they called the French ambassador a dreamer. They called him a dreamer.
So these two things happened today and this scripture came to me, Likewise also these dreamers
defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries. Here is a man that was supposed
to support the President of the United States—you may have an opinion—especially if you are
an official in this government—a head official in this government—you may have an opinion of
something but you are not to come against the head. Because it could cause division in this
country and problems in the war.

God is exposing wickedness of man. He is exposing who they truly are. Did you ever hear
someone say, well here are their true colors. Here are the true colors of an individual. God is
shaking the earth. Those who are proclaiming to be believers. He is exposing the goat and the
sheep. He is not separating them. He is exposing them. So that the goat (which is rebellion)
will become a sheep and be submissive. Go to verse 14, Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam,
prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His
saints, to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their
ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which
ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” These are grumblers, complainers, walking
according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain
advantage. But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of
our Lord Jesus Christ (which were the watchmen) how they told you that there would be
mockers—Are their mockers now? Big time. They don’t even care anymore. They come right
out and mock God! Even officials and judges—who are supposed to uphold the rule in a Christ
like manner. In their positions they mock God! How they told you that there would be mockers
in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. These are sensual
persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit. Not knowing and walking in the Spirit. This
is now. This is happening bigtime!

REVELATION 3:1-3
“And to the angel of the church in Sardis write, ‘These things says He who has the seven Spirits
of God and the seven stars: “I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but
you are dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I
have not found your works perfect before God. Remember therefore how you have received and
heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and
you will not know what hour I will come upon you. So we are to be watchful.

1 THESSALONIANS 5:1-11
But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you.
For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. So
obviously this was already expressed to them. He was saying, Listen, I don’t need to write to
you about this again. We’ve already discussed this. Verse 3, For when they say, “Peace and
safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And
they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake
you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of
darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. For those who
sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. But let us who are of the day
be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. For
God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who
died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. Therefore comfort
each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

God is preparing you to be a watchmen. Not an accuser. Not a fault-finder. A watchman who is
a rescuer. If you can’t be a watchman over your own temple, God doesn’t expect you to be a
watchman over anyone else. If you can’t take care of you, you have no right trying to take care
of someone else. That’s what God is preparing us for. So that we take care of us. If you are not
willing to accept counsel from the Lord, you have no right giving it. If you are not willing to
accept correction from the Lord, you are not worthy to give it. If you can’t keep this house
clean, how does God expect you to keep anything else clean. He says you will know them by
their fruit—whether they are truly watchmen or self-seekers. You will know. Have a form of
godliness but denying the power—denying the truth. You will know. Everyone will have to
stand before him. People are thinking you have to die to stand before him. You are standing
before him right now. NOTHING is hidden from him. We are all standing before God
Almighty right now!! He sees everything and knows everything. He’s calling all mankind to
repent! And he’s sending us out to be watchmen—but we had better take care of this temple. I
remember one time the Lord said to me—because I had heard the scripture about pulling the
plank out—I remember he said to me, That person needs to pull the National Grand Forest out
of his eye before he can pull something out of someone else’s eye.

LUKE 12:37-40
Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say
to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them.
And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed
are those servants. But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief

- 12 -
would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you
also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.” So we are to keep
watch over this house so we can become watchmen. Remember—not a fault-finder or an
accuser but a watchman. Because time is running out. Things are going to move rapidly. Be
ready. Be ready in season and out. Don’t get caught up in self-seeking. Stay caught up in the
Lord and be a watchman.
