C. HARDWARE INSTALLATION CHECK ITEMS

1. Installation of Equipment
No Check content YES NO N/A
The parts of the rack should not be distorted and not affecting the equipment
1 appearance. √

The RF cable connector needs to be installed perfectly.

2 √
The existing RF cable needs to be adjusted.
3 √
Cables should be tiled with uniform spacing and moderate tightness. Cable ties
4 should be tied in a tidy way. √

The board can be plugged and unplugged smoothly. Its panel screws should have
5 appropriate tightness if they exist. √

The jumpers are properly connected according to the sector and master/diversity
6 relation, and are routed in a neat way. √
The cross RF jumper between the RFU which are in the same sector should be

7 installed perfectly.

2. Installation of Antenna and Feeder Cable

No Check content YES NO N/A
Waterproof and sealed measures for all outdoor jumpers and feeder cables should
1 be correctly adopted according to specifications. √

The feeder cables should not have obvious bending and twisting and bare copper
2 appearance. √

The connector of feeder cable is made in a standard way without any loose
3 connection. √

The connection between antenna support and tower should be reliable and firm.
4 The connection between antenna and its support should also be reliable and firm. √

The azimuth and tilt angle of the installed antenna must accord with design
5 specifications. √

The antennas mechanical down tilt angles should be correct.

6 √
When a feeder window is installed on the top of building to lead the feeder cable
7 √
into the room, it must be sealed well.
The jumpers are properly connected according to the sector and master/diversity
8 relation, and are routed in a neat way. √

The labels of communication cables, feeder cables and jumper should be stuck
and tied according to specifications. The labels should be arranged in an orderly
9 √
way with same direction.

The jumper of the antenna should be tied along the rail of the support to the steel
10 frame of the power. √

11 Jumper cable must connect tightly with the connector of the board (RFU)

The labels of the antenna system can be easily identified. The color rings are
12 stuck correctly according to the requirements. √
