Fill in your Hall Ticket No. in the boxes provided (8 in all) with only one digit in each box with a
PEN only.

Below each of these individual boxes, another set of boxes are provided containing numbers to
be darkened according to your Hall Ticket number. Following the example given below first
darken the boxes with a pencil and then darken the chosen box with BLACK INK SKETCH PEN.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please turn over to find the instructions for filling your hall ticket number.
2. As your Answer Sheet is computer evaluated, handle it with utmost care ensuring you don't make
unnecessary stray marks & folds on it. (Don't do any kind of rough work on the Answer Sheet)
3. Every question is provided with four optional answers, out of which only one is the correct answer. You
have to select only one of the encircled options as your answer by darkening it completely.

4. Use PENCIL to answer by darkening the chosen option. You can use an eraser in case you wish to make
a change but make sure you clearly rub the earlier chosen option.
5. You will be given 5 minutes at the end of the examination to darken the chosen answer by a BLACK INK
SKETCH PEN. This is to ensure the OMR Scanner picks the answer of your choice.
