FACT IS FACT

Delhi Chief Minister Sri.Arvind Kejriwal announced on 26.11.2018 while

addressing a rally organised by the All Teachers, Employees Welfare Association
(ATEWA) at Ramlila Ground, that the old pension scheme will be restored by his
government and he will write to his counterparts in other states viz West Bengal,
Keral, Telangana, AndraPradesh for implementation of the scheme. He said a
resolution to restore the old pension scheme in the Delhi will be passed in a
special session of the Legislative Assembly.

Immediately in next day i,e on 27.11.2018 Chief Minister Sri.Arvind

Kejriwal issue a resolution at Legislative Assembly, Delhi to abolish National
Pension system and reinstate the Old Pension System in the interests of lakhs of
Government Servants, he keeps his promise. "He assures that it will be sent to
the Centre for approval because Delhi is a Territory, the pensions of employees
are drawn from the contingent fund of central Government, If it is a State
Government it would have been cleared this issue within 24 HOURS. He also
assured to fight with the Centre to get it implemented".

Hats off to CM Sri.Arvind Kejriwal, he is the first Chief minister in

India who come forward to safe guard the interests of Government employees…
Hope this is going to give a boost to remaining states at least now …..

We the state Government employees of our pride TELANGANA are also

expecting the same from our beloved most promising n capable Chief Minister
Sri.K.Chandra Shekar Rao garu in many occasions, who is always praised that
TRS Govt is “Employee Friendly Government”….but very unfortunately he
never n ever commented positively about abolition of CPS sofar…..He is always
trying to poke that it is a central Issue….

But fact is fact….

Information under RTI act from Ministry of Finance, Government of

India is always replying to a common employee question “Who can abolish
NPS/CPS is Central or State Government”, the reply is “The Government
of India Vide Notification dated 22.12.2003 has introduced the National
Pension Scheme only for those new entrants entering into Central
Government service on or after 01.01.2004 except Armed forces
personnel. All state Government’s, except State Governments of West
Bengal Tripura have voluntarily adopted NPS for their employees. Since,
the introduction of NPS for the employees of state is a decision taken
by State Government, therefore in view of this, the matter may kindly
be taken up with the respective State Government”…

Hope after considering the facts Government can take a lead to abolish
CPS n reinstate Old Pension Scheme to all Government employees….with
immediate effect…

“It can never accomplish nation-building by disappointing the

government employees”….. Contributory pension scheme is "betrayal
and cheating" with Government employees.

We are not against to any Government in particular ….but the

grievances of all the State Government employees must be taken care
in a due course in a more promising way by the respective State
Government alone in the interests of lakhs of employees who are the
pillars of state/nations pride…….

Dear all intellectuals we need your valuable support for a genuine demand
in abolition of this “Contributory Pension Scheme” and reinstate “Old
Pension Scheme” to all Government employees..

“TRUE SPIRIT MUST CARRY WITHOUT ANY HINDRENCES”….

……… “JAIHIND”……. “JAI TELANGANA”………
