source of money. It studies the
principle and raising,
administering and controlling of
funds in business.
Financial function are:
> Investment or long term
asset mix decision
> Financial or capital mix
decision
> Dividend or profit allocation
decision
> Liquidity of short-term asset
PROCEDURES:
üSetting various financial performance standards, modifying
from time to time.
üPreparation of master control budget based on department-

wise budget, forwarded by HOD of each dept.


üMonitoring of key financial ratios.

üPlanning and implanting the growth strategy of the

organization.
üMaintenance of accounts, preparation of annual accounts,

annual reports etc.


üCost and output study.

WORKING CAPITAL:

• Own funds
• Lending institutions

• Agreement with bankers for non-fund assistance like letter or

credit bank guarantee etc.

AUDIT:
The company has efficient external auditors. Besides this
auditors are appointed by the company law board to audit the
accounts, records of the company. Audited record is sent to the
accountant and also to the shareholders with explanation. In addition
ISO audit is also carried out.
