"A BOARD RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE,

FISHERIES AND AGRARIAN REFORM MOHAMMAD S. YACOB, PH.D,
BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO FOR
FAVORABLE LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE THROUGH DISTRIBUTION OF 100
HEADS OF CATTLE TO IDENTIFIED QUALIFIED FARMERS AMOUNTING TO TWO
MILLION (2,000,000.00) PESOS"

WHEREAS, the Kiludan Farmers' Marketing Association is duly

registered with Ministry of Labor and Employment, Bangsamoro Autonomous
Region in Muslim Mindanao with registration number BARMM 5622-19 by
virtue of the provisions of the Presidential Decree No. 1365, article 243 of
the labor code of the Philippines, as amended by Presidential Decree No.
1367 and approved rules and on the registration of Association dated
December 16, 1998;

WHEREAS, due to the deficient resources of this association, the

board has decided to conclude the move and initiative to solicit fund
assistance from the line agencies of the regional government, particularly to
the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform, Mohammad S.
Yacob Ph.D, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao for the
realization of the proposed projects;
 WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation of this matter and upon
motion of Jomar L. Abid, Chairman; committee on project management and
duly seconded by Zoren C. Galay, Chairman; Committee on Budget and
Finance Appropriation Ways and Means be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request the Ministry of

Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D,
Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao to kindly allocate an
estimated total budget cost of Two Million (P2,000,000.00) Pesos for
Livelihood Assistance through the Distribution of 100 heads of cattle.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to submit copy furnished of this resolution to

the Office of the Municipal Agriculture, Salilagia P. Alang, Paglat,
Maguindanao, and forward to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and
Agrarian Reform Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D, Bangsamoro Autonomous
Region in Muslim Mindanao.

UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED AND APPROVED, this 12th day of

December 2019, at Barangay Damalusay, Paglat, Maguindanao, BARMM
Philippines.
