of (Entry Level Engineer for Irrigation Project – Kabul Office) related to “Rehabilitation of
Irrigation Schemes in the Northern Provinces” project.
I have studied attentively all the requirements of this job, and based on my knowledge, skills,
qualifications, and experience; I fulfill the requirements relevant to this job.
I have bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with coincidental experience in water resource
engineering. I am currently assistant professor at “Abo Raihan Albironi University” and recently
I have completed my internship at “Entire Builders and Engineering” (eBe) company. In addition,
I have organized a number of training courses for junior students of Kabul University Faculty of
Engineering. These courses encompassed training in (Watershed Modeling System) WMS,
Geographic Information System (GIS), Global Mapper, and Hyfran Plus.
I would like to share with you that I am able to work with WaterCAD, WaterGEM, EPANET,
and Storm and Sanitary Analysis software.
During my final design project, I designed four projects related to water resource. These projects
include design of township water supply, township waste water, township and road hydrologic
analysis and a small earth dam using software such as Watershed Modeling System (WMS),
Geographic Information System (GIS) Global Mapper, Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA),
Hyfran Plus, WaterCAD, WaterGEM, EPANT and Geo Studio. In addition, these projects were
analyzed and designed manually to verify software results.
In seminar 1, I did a research on application and development of spate irrigation system in Kabul
city. The main objective of this research is the control and using floodwater for agriculture
purposes.

using my initiative to come up with original ideas of the intended projects within the organization.
