2.5 PROCEDURE
The implementation of this practicum is using a method of survey thru 12 hours
with interval 15 minutes. These are the following method of survey:
a. Traffic Speed Survey
In this survey, the observation is done manually by an observer on each lane in
the following method:
• Determine the lane to calculate the speed;
• Determine 2 observation boundary points with a certain distance (100 meters)
using measuring wheel;
• Count the time (t) from starting observation point until the final observation
point.

These following are the conclusion of this practicum :
Time Mean Speed of Kelapa Dua to Kebon Jeruk Direction
a. The maximum Time Mean Speed for car occurs at 07:45 until 08:00 with speed
of 15.72 m/s;
b. The maximum Time Mean Speed for motorcycle occurs 14:00 until 14:15 with
speed of 16.94 m/s;
c. The maximum Time Mean Speed for light truck occurs at 16:15 until 16:30
with the speed of 14.81 m/s;
d. The maximum Time Mean Speed for heavy truck occurs at 16:15 with the
speed of 16.95 m/s.

4.3 CONCLUSION
The following conclusions from this practicum :
a. From the Stretch Leveling Profile measurement above, it shows that from
point A to D, the elevation is still flat, and rises from point E to peak point
J;
b. The lowest point from the land is point A4 with elevation 99.980 cm, while
the highest point is point J4 with elevation 100.985 cm.
