I served as a Federal Environmental Engineer for 40 Years with responsibility for potable water treatment, waste water treatment, landfill permitting/operation, hazardous waste management, hazmat response.

INVOLVEMENT As a volunteer I have furnished strategy, advice, and guidance to Powhatan Landfill Opponents.
As a Solid Waste Commissioner I Served on a Board that operated a 500 ton per day municipal landfill.
