Imagine Festival ran an ambassador program with Verve in 2017 that had mixed results.
They also had a street team program of “Imagine Nation” that was ran manually with
spreadsheets and Google Drive.
When organizers learned that they could utilize SocialLadder’s Eventbrite integration, stout
network of ambassadors, and field marketing tools to maximize their teams, they asked us to
come on board. Although they were contractually obligated and working with Verve, we
worked to come up with an outside the box program.
Solution
By utilizing the “Imagine Nation” team alongside the SocialLadder network, SL ran in tandem
with the festival’s Verve ambassador program. Utilizing ticket selling, social media
engagement, field marketing, and the entire SocialLadder toolkit, Imagine was able to run a
very effective program and the results were unbelievable.

Challenge
Okeechobee Festival had a team of “Vibe Tribe” members that they wanted to engage and grow
for their 2018 festival. They tracked the program manually in 2017 and it was a headache. The
festival wanted to be able to quantify what the ambassadors were doing and reward them
accordingly. They also wanted to be able to pull back on some of the social media spend and have
their ambassadors help push their social initiatives without encouraging SPAM.
Solution
SocialLadder made it simpler for “VibeTribe” members to engage socially and in the field. By
utilizing ticket selling, social media engagement and the entire SocialLadder suite, Okeechobee
was able to meet their sales goals and run a very effective ambassador program in a shortened
promotional period and a 26X ROI.

Challenge
Lights All Night organizers had a reduced marketing budget in 2017 from the year
before, but needed to increase ticket sales. They wanted to be able to sell tickets
but also engage with their ambassadors on social.
Solution
Lights All Night utilized SocialLadder in 2017 & increased sales by 42% with half
the number of ambassadors. They are back with SocialLadder for 2018 and have
already sold $300K in tickets with two months until New Years Eve 2018.
