Group Ratings

Rate yourself and the other members of your group on the following qualities:

A. how often each person contributed at least his or her share of the group work.
(1 - almost always, 2 - more often than not, 3 - about half the time, 4 - less than half
the time, 5 - very seldom)

B. how well each person participated in the group work. (1 - very well, 2 - well,
3 - good, 4 - fair, 5 - poor)

C. how helpful each person’s contribution to the group was. (1 - very helpful,
2 - helpful, 3 - somewhat helpful, 4 - not too helpful, 5 - not helpful at all)
