MOTION TO RENDER JUDGMENT

COMES NOW plaintiff, through counsel and unto this Honorable

Court, most respectfully alleges, that:

1. On September 12, 2019, defendant was duly served with

summons together with the copy of the complaint;

2. Defendant who was given a period of ten (10) days to submit

his answer failed to file his answer or any responsive pleading;

3. For his failure to file answer and pursuant to Sec. 6 of the

Revised Rules on Summary Procedure, plaintiff moves and prays for the
Honorable Court to render judgment as may be warranted by the facts
alleged in the complaint.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully moved and

prayed that judgment be rendered for failure of defendant to file his
answer.

Other reliefs and remedies equitable under the premises are also
prayed for.
