Executive Summary
The Need:
There are many online sports pages who sell online sports gears. But they don’t sells
good quality at low price. The basic need is provide good quality product at low price.
And also they don’t provide customized products and imported products like cricket
bats and shoes.
The Solution:
Sports gears will provide good quality products at reasonable price. And also
customized goods because our competitors don’t provide customized goods.
In this Business plan we introduce sports brand according to the need and demand of
the customers at low prices in Pakistan. Sports Gears targeting social class of Middle
and Upper Middle Class. We will provide good quality at low price.
After that we discuss, Management Feasibility, in this we have Four persons Team
leader, Procurement head, Sales and Marketing head, Accounts head.
After that we discuss, Non Financial Resources, in this we have Name, Logo, Color
scheme and Webpage address.

“Sports' are all forms of physical activity which, through casual or organized participation, aim at
expressing or improving physical fitness and mental well-being, forming social relationships or
obtaining results in competition at all levels”.
Today the sports goods sector of Sialkot is at its successful. It has acquired an important place in the
international trade of sports goods. Currently it is supplying products to almost every country of
the world, directly or indirectly. The products are mostly made for international markets and have
received worldwide recognition because of the care that goes into the selection of raw material, design,
manufacturing and shipping.
The product range includes soccer balls, volley balls, rugby balls,cricket balls, hockey balls, baseball
balls, tennis balls, shuttle cocks, nets, gloves, hockey sticks, cricket bats, baseball bats, protective
guards, pads, sportswear, etc. Adidas, Nike, Puma, Umbro, Lotto, Diadora etc, are some of the
world renowned brands sourcing a large portion of their supplies of sports goods from Sialkot; further
enhancing the credibility of the city as an internationally acknowledged quality manufacturing and
exporting centre.

Ahmad, Sohail, Imtiaz and Adeel are the active partners. They have to manage the responsibility and use
our expertise to resolve difficulties to run business. Ahmad is team leader of Sports Gears and has to
make strategies for the growth of business. Sohail is Head of Procurement department. Imtiaz is head of
Sales & Marketing department and has to make strategies for selling & marketing. Adeel is Accounts
Manager and will manage the accounting function accordingly. We equally invest in our business and
bear the profit and losses on equal basis.
