Business Development Executive – Content & Sales

MaintenanceHouse (www.MaintenanceHouse.com) is a platform for customers to find


trusted professionals for their personal or commercial activities/needs (E.g. everything
from interior design or construction, to Electrical or Plumbing Services, Mechanical or
Air conditioning Services, Handyman Services, Landscaping and Pest control Services, to
professional cleaning services etc.). MaintenanceHouse will be the go-to platform to find
any Maintenance, Operations or Improvement services, and in the process empower all
individual service and technical personnel in the country.
The founding team is a great mixture of rich experience in the industry of over 26 years,
a board with illustrious careers at Philips, Samsung Electronics among other and Young
minds leading the way with experience in engineering consulting groups like Mott

are a young, passionate team working on a tough but huge opportunity in India. We

We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our young team and help
build the company. This is one of the most challenging and demanding positions that
MaintenanceHouse has to offer, requiring a growth hacker mentality and guts. As
MaintenanceHouse’s BD Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end supplier on-
boarding, vetting, curation, relationship management, generating leads and maintaining
quality of on-boarded technician profiles.

Roles and responsibilities


• Understand different categories in depth, and how customers hire in the same
• Identify and coordinate with service professionals across categories.
• Source, curate and update accurate servicemen and customer information, using
creative and original ideas to present information
• Evaluate and verify existing profiles and devise innovative ways to enhance the
quality of the providers
• Use internet and other social media platforms to verify profile information
• Impart necessary training to on-boarded service professionals on these norms
and how to use MaintenanceHouse
• Generate leads for the sales team to grow the categories manifold
• Interact with providers regularly to ensure active engagement on the platform
• Resolve queries from providers on a case by case basis
• Contributing to and executing the offline marketing strategy including both ATL
and BTL activities
• Deeply understanding where our target users are present when they need the
services and how they currently buy them

• Coming up with creative ways to engage the users and communicate the brand
which breaks through the clutter in these traditional mediums and executing
those strategies
• Designing and executing activities and campaigns to reach users across
demographics and service needs. Some examples
• Focusing on crowded hubs like markets, parks, malls, corporate hubs
• Targeting specific areas for our services like homes/apartments, wedding
markets, health clubs

Customer Experience and Sales Specialist

Overall role of a Telesales Specialist


As a Tele Sales Executive, you are responsible for ensuring requests to purchase or
trials, based on the nature of request. You will be expected to build a relationship with
the customer and push them for conversion. Bottom line, make our customers love us!

Roles and responsibilities


• Contact our customers who have put in requests on MaintenanceHouse
• Identify and contact customers from our existing data base, introduce them to
our plans
• Explain benefits and understand their requirements and frame their plans
accordingly
• Understand their needs and pick up on additional or missing details
• Identify and overcome objections
• Take the customer through the sales process
• Obtain customer information
• Ensure lead conversion
• Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
• Get ratings and reviews from the customer for providers
• Regularly update the Business Development with customer-provider issues
• Provide email, chat and facebook support to customers
