Materials
 yellow yarn, green yarn
 2.00 mm crochet hook
 yarn needle
 fiberfill

Popcorn puff
1. Make 3 single crochet in same stitch or space.
2. Being careful not to undo the last stitch made, remove hook from working loop (we
will get back on the hook again soon). Insert hook into the top of the first of three
single crochet stitches, from front to back. Pick up the working loop, putting it back
on the hook.

3. Pull loop through top of the first double crochet stitch. One popcorn puff made!

CORN body
Rnd 1: SC 6 in a magic ring. (6)
Rnd 2: (SC, Inc) x 3. (9)
Rnd 3: (sc 2 , inc) x 3. (12)
Rnd 4: (sc x 3, inc) x 3. (15)
Rnd 5: sc around. (15)
Rnd 6: (sc x 5, inc) x 3. (18)
Rnd 7-8: pop around. (18)
Rnd 9: (pop x 6, inc ps) x 3. (21)
Rnd 10: pop around. (21)
Rnd 11: (pop x 7, inc ps) x3. (24)

Row 6: ch3, turn, Ldc in the same st, Ldc in the next 8 st, 2 Ldc in the

Row 9-11: Ch 3, turn, Ldc in each st across. (14)

Fasten off and leave long ends to join to corn body.

Use the yard needle to attach each husk to the corn body in a slightly overlapping manner as
shown below.
