SUBJECT : SCHEDULED PEST CONTROL ACTIVITY

Please be informed that our accredited service provider will be conducting a GENERAL PEST
CONTROL ACTIVITY on our property tomorrow, 06 July, and will start at 9:00 AM. The
mentioned activity is a COMPREHENSIVE TYPE and will only cover our amenities, parking
areas, equipment areas and areas of common use.

Unit owners with intent to have their units be included on the said program may book their
preferred schedule at the lobby area but for a certain fee (kindly ask the pest control personnel
of the price details)

During the activity, we recommend all the residents to have their windows and doors closed for
health safety reasons.
