SUBJECT : FITNESS GYM FACILITY

Please be informed that effective 1 June 2019, our Fitness Gym Facility is already open for
Membership.

For interested residents, you may proceed to the Property Management Office from Monday
to Saturdays (8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.) to accomplish the form and pay One Thousand Pesos
(Php1,000.00) for monthly membership or Eight Thousand Pesos (Php8,000.00) for the
annual membership.

Please also note the General Rules and Regulations for the use of our Fitness Gym:

 Memberships are neither refundable nor transferable.

 Strictly ‘No Gym Pass, No Entry.’ Please present an Identification Card before entry as
well.
 All weights and equipment must be put back after use.
 Members are sole responsible to their belongings.
 Horse Play and Smoking are strictly prohibited.
 No food drinks are allowed. Only plastic spill proof clothes are permitted.
 Appropriate gym clothes and covered footwear must be worn at all times while in the gym.
 Loud sound music and other distracting noises are prohibited.
 No children under 16 years of age and no pets are allowed within the facility, under any
circumstance.
 Each member must respect other gym users and behave in an appropriate manner at all
times.
 PMO reserves the right to rescind the rights of members not complying with the terms and
conditions of their membership.
