“Encourage yourself, believe in yourself, and love yourself. Never doubt who you
are.Always remember that you were once alone, and the crowd you see in your life today
are just as unecessary as when you were alone.The more you believed in yourself, the
more you could trust yourself.”
Some may say teaching is not an easy task. You may encounter struggles in
handling different kinds of student’s behaviors, a sleepless nights making dlp’s and
activities for everyday and in maintaining your attitude towards the children. But if you
love to teach and enjoy what you are doing, then no work is hard for you.
On the day of my pre demonstration , I woke up so early at exactly 5 a.m. Fix myself
and go to school. Being the first demonstrator in front of Mrs. Charina G. Bardoquillo,
Dr. Jude Charrel B. Paez and those students who’s the same ages as you is really
nervous.I try to stay calm and to relax my mind. And when I’m about to start, the fear
inside me kills my confidence .But I try not to be nervous and just go with my
discussion. Though I was not able to make what Sir Jude Charrel Paez and Ma’am
Charina Bardoquillo expected, but I am very much thankful and still blessed for giving
the opportunity to be corrected from my mistakes and what I am going to improve
because we learned from that. And by that, I slowly boost my confidence believing that I
can make it and this is where I belong. Some will say negative thoughts, but I, myself
know who I am and what I can do for myself, to my family and to my future. I always
believe that even to your toughest times, you can do better if you will continue trying and
believing to yourself. Nothing is impossible!
As a future educator , I really need to build my self-confidence ,to cater all of my

students inside the classroom. I know it’s not an easy task ,as we are not just going to
teach the subject lessons but to inculcate values for them to grow holistically. Also
having those different kind of intelligences can challenge you to think more ideas on how
to cater all of them fairly and on how you will handle your emotions in the field when
struggles strike .And I do always believe the quotation of John Steinbeck that “ I have
come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist and that there are as few as there are
any other great artists. Teaching might even be the greatest of the arts since the medium
is the human mind and spirit.’’
I may not be able to make a great job but I will put my best to every challenges
and as a teacher for my students.

“The 21st Skills in Classroom Management”
Mrs. Armelyn R. Manego discusses about the modern technology as

of this 21st century and on how traditional form of instructional
material being used in classroom management.
Mrs. Manego gave task on each team to act out of what is the
natural happenings inside the classroom when we were in our high
school days.

Ms.Rhoda Mae Ancajas prepared for this energizer which makes us

student teachers’ well-energized and had so much laughters.
Mrs. Lorena T.Gonzales discusses about the Types of Bullying

Behavior which include the verbal or written abuse,violence,
homophobia,discrimination and cyber bullying.
