Our body is a sacred vessel that carries us through our life. Be kind to it and treat it with respect. We are
seeing the results of not taking care of ourselves with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, cancer
and obesity. Don’t you owe it to yourself to take care of you so that you can enjoy your life on all levels?

Exercise and eating go hand in hand. Take a look at what you are eating and also WHY you eat. Many of us
eat because of emotional comfort or stress. When the reasons get uncovered we are able to make healthy
choices and bring back power in our lives.
This also brings up an important question. Are you looking for someone to take care of you or are you look-
ing for someone to take care of? When it comes to relationships two halves do not make a whole. It is so
important to be your own person and to be able to stand on your own without being dependant on someone
else.
If you are single, allow yourself to be ok with being single. When we look for someone to complete us that
is a recipe for disaster. It is important for us to feel comfortable in our own skin. As we grow older, situa-
tions happen to us and we make decisions about those situations and what they mean.
We always have a choice as to which way we want to look at things. Some of these choices however, were
unconscious and stuffed away in our bodies. These are the thoughts and beliefs that are running our lives.
The key is to uncover these thoughts that are not in alignment with what we want or how we want to be and
shift them to what supports our grand vision.
We have been taught to stuff our feelings because they are uncomfortable. Feelings are energy and that en-
ergy gets stored in our body and shows up as physical ailments. Once we release these no longer needed
emotions we find that many of our physical problems are released as well.
