concrete wall and numerous small obstacles located at the edge of apron

Q- This airfield is designated as an FAA special airport due to limited
information and unique procedures. Recommend a thorough terrain study

Q- The first 1640ft of Rwy 26 is in need of major repairs to the
concrete
slabs. The gaps between concrete slabs are approximately 2 inches
wide and
6 inches deep. Treat these areas as a displaced threshold. Taxi is
approved
for C-130 and C-17.
Q- Use caution and wingwalker, deviate from centerline as required, in
the
vicinity of a 2ft 9in tall GATE located 26ft from taxiway 1 centerline.
Q- Use caution and wingwalker, deviate from centerline as required, in
the
vicinity of a 5ft 0in tall METAL STRUCTURE located 46ft from taxiway 1
centerline. This taxiway is unsuitable for C-17 due to this
obstacle-operations may be approved provided the obstacle is removed.
Q- Use caution and wingwalker, deviate from centerline as required, in
the
vicinity of a 3ft 0in tall GATE located 30ft from taxiway 4 centerline.
Q- Some ramps (and/or taxiways) are reported as unlit/lighting unknown.
Nighttime operations on these surfaces are approved provided auxiliary
lighting is confirmed/provided.

obstacles/restrictions
are briefed.
