BENEFIT FROM A WELL-MANAGED DATABASE, BI, THE INTERNET, AND WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY

Introduction

There are various types of organizations which process a large number of transactions. This
amount of data is to be analyzed with some practical information for the development of the
business. The necessary procedures to access various reporting data for several enterprises
have been achieved by the use of BI software. BI is considered a combination of multiple
data storage and collection. The purpose of the Internet is also used to focus on the specific
information value chain, which is required for the development of the business. Many types
of wireless technology are also used to provide some safe and rapid network services. The
use of the Internet also creates the development of various kinds of cloud computing
technology. The growth of different Companies also based on different e-commerce based
platforms. Many types of advantages effect on Business intelligence technologies for building
a smarter way of life for people.

Discussion

Cloud Computing

The use of Cloud Computing Technology increases the use of data in the digital period. The
pieces of information and data will be challenging to maintain by an individual manually. For
this reason, the use of the Internet makes the work easier for gaining control over a large
number of applications used in a business (Mishra & Kumar, 2018). The operation of Cloud
Computing also accesses various types of files and features without keeping any bulk work.
All these types of files can be stored into multiple cloud computing services like "Google
Drive, TurboTax and Gmail”. The Cloud computing process is able to access the data of the
Company easily (Hidayatullah et al.2018) The data storage capability mainly results in lower
costs of maintenance and also provides with higher amount of returns. [Referred to Appendix

Business Intelligence (BI)

Business Intelligence (BI) is based on the application software consists of various data to
analyze and report to the organization. The Combination of the data storage also provides the
primary input to the core of the business. BI also enables some of the decision making
processes which require different skills and technologies (Masouros et al.2017). The main
challenges for BI system are to focus on some of the traditional technology development
processes. The Cloud-based BI deployments are used to make successful in the approach of
the business. BI application development resources also included many types of internet
services and data storage (Rahman et al.2019) The critical work of BI is to provide safety to
the network system. The development of BI is considered to be a sophisticated technology to
be acquired by different firms. Therefore skilled employees are required to be able to use
these platforms.

Internet and Wireless Technology

The primary benefits of using wireless LAN networks used for the increase in mobility and
also the collaboration process. It provides a facility with working together and more
efficiently. The use of Wi-Fi technology is used to connect to the required information which
is needed for any firms. Employees of the Company also use LAN services on different floors
without losing any kind of connection. The feature of better access to information helps many
employees to access the network business in a small place. There are multiple additions of
customers to the network chain for accessing various types of information. The network
provided with a secure connection for the customers and also the business partners. The
wireless network services also provide secure wireless access to the customers and business
partners with unique value-added services. There is some industrial application with various
needs of the form required for the firms. Identification of new researches can possibly
provide essential automation equipment which is frequently revealed to some of the security
strategies. Wireless Technologies also give the employees new ways of working to monitor
the operations and even able to manage some of the remote sites. (iopscience.iop.org 2019)

Security Challenges

The users are always not able to identify the location of some sensitive data stored by using
cloud computing. Some of the cloud service providers also maintain several data centers
which are usually dispersed in various places. Most of the traditional security technologies do
not provide enough security for the virtualized systems. Maximum use of security
technologies is firewall, intrusion detector and antivirus software. The main problems are the
data breaches which leak the data from the server and also compromise the credentials. The
hacked interfaces also create a problem in the industry for losing some of the sensitive data.
The leading development of a large amount of data and analytics, BI has also been affected a
lot. The storage technology based on internet services also helps many types of customers
around the globe with the help of leveraging efficiency capability. The management of
energy efficiency is also inhibiting the specific growth of the consumption of energy.

Conclusion

The database technologies which is used for the development of cloud computing are based
on business intelligence systems. The various platforms used by managing the database have
been explained in this report. The primary purposes of using the databases are to manage a
large amount of data in the industry. The Cloud-based BI model establishes significant roles
for the increase in profit margin in a production. There are various advantages and
drawbacks, which is gained by using cloud computing. Several types of analytical techniques
and requirements which are based on cloud computing made some issues regarding some
data privacy. Some security issues are evolved from the users of data computing platforms.
The standard data protection and different techniques are mostly used for becoming a cloud
computing system to be perfect. Therefore the use of these techniques will make the business
intelligence system to be secured for further use in future. Most of the organization concerns
about creating a solution for cloud computing. Access to the data must be secured to a limited
number of persons. Traditionally managing a database requires a lot of time. By the use of
cloud platforms, managing the enormous amounts of data has become easier for users.
