NOTICE TO PRESENT PETITION TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA

We write on behalf of the coalition of Aggrieved Customers of MenzGold Ghana to inform you of our
programme to present a petition to the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo
Dankwa Akuffo Addo in the matter concerning the locked up investments of customers on 11th February
2020 at 1:30pm.

Details:

An estimated number of customers over two hundred (200) will do a peaceful walk on that faithful day to
the presidency, led by the leadership of CACM.

The Presidency has equally been notified of our visit on the 11 th February, 2020.
