Dear Sister:

In line with the Raffle Tickets Selling proposed by the English Academic Society (EAS) last year, we
would like to request from your respectable office the approval of the use of social media particularly
the Facebook Live for the live telecast of the said raffle tickets draw on March 1,2019 in Room 208, as
dated to the said ticket. Suspension of classes is not necessary, since we are just going to draw 7
winners. However, just in case tickets to be drawn are not yet retrieved, the draw will be moved on
March 05, 2019.

Hence, five representatives/officers from each department shall be invited to witness the said draw
and faculty members and staff who are available at the time of the drawing are also welcome to join us
for the validation of the winners.

The English Academic Society members and officers together with their adviser will be the in-charge of
the Raffle Tickets’ Draw including the listing, securing and distributing of the prizes to the winners.

We are hoping for your favorable and kind response regarding this matter.
