I have just received your March 20 letter about the damaged shipment you received through
Black Arrow Freight and regret the inconvenience that it has caused you.
From your account of the problem, I am quite sure that your request for the P2,400.00
adjustment on the damage to the 2 crates of Water Base stemware will be granted. A certain
amount of breakage of this sort does unavoidably occur in cross-country shipping; I am sorry
that it was your company that had to be the one to suffer the delay.
I must remind you to keep the damaged crates in the same condition in which you received them
until one of our representatives can inspect them. That inspection should take place within 1
weeks.
If all is in order, as it sounds to be in your letter, you can expect the full reimbursement within 1
weeks after our representative's inspection. I hope this unfortunate accident will keep you from
having merchandise shipped by Black Arrow Freight in the future.

I’m lucky, because through, I get to live my passion, I love working with kids.
I love inspiring learning. And I love the results. There’s no better feeling than seeing one of your

Creative lesson plans and boundless energy are what I consider to be my hallmarks. I had the
privilege of launching an entirely new curriculum at Belaire Middle School. It was certainly a
challenge, but with all new course materials, an all-school play and trip to a Spanish language

As agreed in our September 21 contract, we are submitting the attached report entitled The
Effects of Increased Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide.
This report examines the problem of CO2 accumulation in the earth's atmosphere. The climatic
changes caused by excessive CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere, and the implications of
these changes, will be discussed. Also discussed are the mechanisms of the greenhouse effect,
the sources of atmospheric carbon dioxide, and some possible remedies to the problem.

Dear Sir:
As you are aware, our branch in Daraga recently hired a batch of eleven additional employees
last September 13, Monday. Regarding this, I’ve noticed that they are not observing the accepted
norms of behavior within the workplace causing us to be unable to communicate as a workgroup
as effectively and harmoniously as we should. They do not to comply with punctual time and
company dress code and tend to bother other working employees with unnecessary conversations
during work hours. Simply, it appears that they are unaware of the company’s set of norms for
proper behavior within the office.
This scenario is causing operational malfunctions throughout the workplace. With this, I strongly
suggest the need to conduct an orientation program on the company’s norms on behavior, for the
newly hired batch of employees. That on September 24, Friday, all Daraga company branch
operations be temporarily ceased to let all of its employees; old and new, attend the orientation
program, to inform and remind them of the aforementioned matter.
While I know this seems like a basic solution, I believe it will solve the difficulty and create a
more pleasant work environment for all employees within the company branch.
