ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS (Revised)

(for selected candidates)

Candidates who have been provisionally allotted MNLU-Aurangabad through CLAT round
shall bring the enlisted documents (Annexure-I), from 2nd July 2019 to 6th July 2019 for
completing the admission formalities at MNLU-Aurangabad, Govt. B.Ed. College Campus,
Aurangabad.

Candidates are advised to ensure that all eligibility condition according to CLAT norms are
fulfilled (http://clatconsortiumofnlu.ac.in/eligibility.html). Those claiming admission under
reserved or special categories should specifically ensure that they possess all necessary
certificates & documents as are required under respective rules in original to support their
claim. It should be noted that onus of proof of eligibility to be admitted rests with the
candidate and the University cannot relax or ignore any of the prescribed norms.

Verification of original documents prior to admission will be conducted from 2nd to

6th July 2019 between 10.30 AM to 04.00 PM.

2. Aforesaid fee structure includes Rs. 50,000/- paid as CLAT Counselling Fees to CLAT
2019.

University reserves the right to cancel the admission of any candidate who indulges in
any act of ragging, indiscipline or is found guilty of misconduct during the course of study at
Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad.

5. Transfer Certificate (Original)
6. Migration Certificate (Original)
7. AADHAR card
8. Domicile Certificate
9. Gap Certificate (If applicable)
10. Medical fitness certificate ( www.mnlua.ac.in )
11. Anti-ragging affidavit ( www.mnlua.ac.in )
12. Four Recent Passport size photos

The candidates seeking admission under reserved category are required to produce the
following documents compulsorily (original+ photocopy) in addition to the above mentioned
documents at the time of admission:

1. Caste Validity
2. Caste certificate
3. OBC Non-Creamy layer certificate
4. SEBC Certificate
