REFLECTION
Work immersion is a great opportunity for me because I
am able to used my current skills and this immersion can
improve my ability and I’m so blessed to given a chance to
work Emperial Hotel. In here I’ve learned a lot yet In the
first place Im totally nervous but this immersion I’ve been
reflected that I can do anything using my skills and in here
I also develope my relationship with another people ,
facing different guest on the another hand manner is must
because working isn’t all about how you do greatly It is
also how you treated and respect the people around you
WEEKLY DIARY (NARRATIVE/ ACCOUNT OF LEARNINGS

WEEK 1
In our first week of immersion we assigned at House Keeping station
in the first place I’m nervous because honestly I’m not that professional
in work but when the days passed by I improve my skills in House
Keeping station because our supervisor thought us on how to work
properly. And this week is full of excitement yet enjoy because we
finished this week with a lot of knowledge.

WEEK 2
Second week we assigned Kitchen station in this station we able to learned
how to chopped different ingredients and how to cook properly specially
how to served the food to the customers. It’s not easy because the carrying
heavy utensils and equipment and again the days passed by I am able to
know and to work properly in the Kitchen. This was the last week of our
immersion we enjoy every hour minute with the employee and manager.
Daily Dairy
Day1-January 22,2020
In our first they instructed us about the important information in housekeeping
and after that they thought us on how fold bedsheet and how to clean comfort room.
After that the day end was so tired yet enjoy.

Day 2- January 23, 2020


Our second day we assigned to clean the hall way of the hotel and we also map the
floor up to eight floor . Its just the same task at the first day and again It’s a tiredy
day but enjoy because everyday we gain knowledge.

Day 3- January 24,2020


In our third day we clean ten rooms of the hotel and we hang the pillow case and bed
sheet. And again we do the same everyday in house keeping station yet this station
you will know everthing in terms cleaning.

Day 4- January 27,2020


Another day is a happy day because we assigned in the kitchen station in here they
thought us on how to served properly and how to clean and sanitized the utensils and
equipments in the kitchen. At the end of the day I’m very happy because gain another
knowledge.

Day 5- January 28,2020


This day we are given a chance to know to prepare a kimchi and again I do the
same process cleaning and sanitizing utensils and equipments of the kitchen.
Day 6- January 29,2020
This day is a hard day because we pick up all the trash beside the kitchen station and
again we do cleaning utensils and equipment sing the kitchen.

Day 7- January 30, 2020


In our seventh day we are assign to prepare breakfast meal of the guest and we also
assign to prepare the plates in the table and this day I was so very happy because the
chef’s in the kitchen we got closed to each other and I tried to ask them if they want
to hang out soon.

Day 8- January 31,2020


This was the last day in the kitchen and again we prepare breakfast meal to the
customers and we also prepare the ingredients that we needed. We do again
cleaning utensils and equipments in the kitchen.

Day 9- February 03,2020


This was the second to the last day of our immersion back to house keeping station
and here we clean the wall way of the hotel and I also clean the comfort room and
wipe the the windows.

Day 10- February 04,2020


Finally, this is the last day of our immersion we clean again the windows up to the
eight floor of the hotel and also we clean the hall way. This day was the great day
for me because I already completed the ten days of work immersion.

ESTABLISTMENT

It’s been ten days experience in work immersion in the Emperial Hotel
It was a great experience. I’ve learned a lot in this industry such us how
to served properly also learned to communicate with the customers and
staff without getting high voice and the most important that I’ve learned
is you need to embrassed your work because even you are getting tired
you will be continue in your work with enjoyment.
Being Honest. In working industry you should keep this attitude
because I believe being honest reflecting in you, you should always bring
back the things that you’ve see in the hotel that isn’t yours. So that if the
owner of thist thing can get again.
And you need also to be punctual this is most important because
in working industry you need to be on time. always and you wear your
handsome smile everyday.

COMPANY BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT

I am grateful to be part of Emperial hotels immersion in just two


weeks. This hotel was the best hotel the town they serves Good
Quality of the food and fresh and clean room and of course a
beautiful view of the hotel you will able to see the full view of Angeles
City. And with the help of the team of this hotel this hotel is a nice
place for you to stay.

CLARK IMPERIAL HOTEL – owned by Clark imperial corporation was


conceptualized through the ingenuity by the members of the corporation with the
help of Engr. Arnold punzalan and Architect Danilo Alfonso. This is somewhat
Hispanic Mediterranean structure’s construction Started on November 2011.
Consisting of 8*th floor with 62 room, designs were rooted from the demand of
today’s tremendous escalation of technology. A restaurant and mini lounge like
hotel.
After a 8 months of constructing and finishing by the hundredths of workers Clark
imperial Hotel, it stand galiantly in the scenic views of the Angeles City and
opened on 8th of July 2012

As Clark Imperial hotel, progress , it shall become part of history, always a part of
memory of guest and customers who prefer to patronize this picturesque
establish. As it continues to grow, unforgettable events will be encountered and
never forgotten.
Vision and mission

Aims to support and promote the city of angeles to local and domestic tourist by
providing effective, efficient and excellent customer service as well as top of the
line accommondation .
