A. Aligning COBIT Goals 2019 with Existing IT Strategic
Objectives
Untuk menjalankan prosedur ini, Anda harus mengetahui strategic objective dari
PT. TURISMO.
Berikut ini adalah list dari IT Strategic Objectives yang dimiliki oleh TURISMO:
1. Reduce risks associated with IT.
2. Increase the budget set for it.
3. Provide a pleasant experience for both internal and external customer in the
use of systems of the organization.
4. Having adaptability of IT services to new business requirements.
5. Improve the reliability of information systems.
6. Implement IT tools to help manage the company.
7. Continuous training IT staff tools.
Anda sebagai seorang Ahli dalam implementasi COBIT, di minta untuk
memetakan IT Strategic Objectives yang telah ada di atas dengan COBIT Goals
2019.

C. Aligning COBIT 2019 Prioritized Goals

Berikutnya anda diminta untuk memetakan kembali pada bagian b hasil analisis dari
tabel a dengan menggunakan COBIT 2019 Prioritized Goals. Adapun langkahnya:
1. Buka file Info Company.docx, review informasi dari PT TURISMO khususnya
dibagian INFORMATION CENTER.
2. Kemudian pilihlah bisnis goal dengan nilai tertinggi pada tabel a untuk dijadikan
alignment pada tabel b, dan petakan setiap AG dan EG yang sesuai dengan
bidangnya masing - masing
3. Isi tabel di bagian c dengan IT strategic objective dari TURISMO Comp. dan
pasangkan dengan COBIT IT Targets dari COBIT 2019 Framework yang ada
(hint : kosongkan jika perlu/isi yang sesuai) :

b. Aligning COBIT 2019 Prioritized Goals
A prioritized having COBIT business goals, we proceed to prioritize IT goals taking
into account the alignment of these strategic objectives with IT, this can be seen in
the table below.

to new business requirements (hint : boleh dikosongkan/isi yang sesuai saja)
