Dear SK Official:

In line with MC 2018-48 which provides for the guidelines on the SK

Mandatory Training, please be informed that the simultaneous conduct of
SK mandatory training for the SK appointed and elected officials who
have not attended previous SKMT for the Province of Cebu is on August
17-18, 2019, and your schedule for training is on AUGUST 18, 2019 at
HAGNAYA BEACH RESORT, SAN REMIGIO, CEBU.

You are expected to be at the venue for registration at 7:00 A.M.

Relative to the training, please take note of the following reminders:

1. MC 2018-48 5.5. The SK Officials must bring the following;

a. Copy of the SK Mandatory Training Pre-registration form (with two

copies of 2x2 picture) – Please coordinate with your DILG officer for the form.
b. Proof of payment of registration fee- Payment of Php. 2,000.00 per
participant shall be gathered per barangay by the SK Federation President of the
Municipality/City Level.
c. ID (school, company, or any other government issued ID)- Voter’s
registration may also be considered for those who do not have IDs.

The SK participants should also adhere to the required dress code to

ensure formality with a professional atmosphere in the training. With this,
the SK officials should be advised to dress up appropriately for the
training.

Additional requirement: Please bring a copy of your appointment

as the SK secretary or treasurer for appointed SK officials. Please
coordinate with your DILG officers for the registration forms.

Please take note that as per MC 2018-48: 6.1: Non-attendance to the

training without valid reason shall be considered as an instance of
deliberate failure to attend the mandatory training, and shall be grounds
for disqualification (RA 10742, Chapter V, Sec 27);
