Performance without compromise
Exceptional Quality and safety Outstanding value for an reliability, flexibility you can
trust optimized feature set and convenience
Green Premium is the only label allowing you to develop effectively an environmental policy
and to promote it, while preserving your business efficiency.
It guarantees compliance with the most up-to-date environmental regulations, but it is more
than this.
A ground fault in the protection conductors can provoke local temperature rise at the
site of the fault or in the conductors. The purpose of the ground-fault protection
function is to eliminate this type of fault.
Instantaneous protection
The Instantaneous-protection
Typ Description function protects the distribution system against solid
eshort-circuits. Contrary to the short-time protection function, the tripping delay for

current exceeds

20 milliseconds.
Neutral protection
On three-pole circuit breakers, neutral protection is not possible. On four-pole circuit
breakers, neutral protection may be set using a three-position switch: neutral
unprotected (4P 3d), neutral protection at 0.5 Ir (4P 3d + N/2), neutral protection at Ir
(4P 4d).

To eliminate circuit-breaker nuisance tripping during short voltage dips, operation of
the MN release can be delayed. This function is achieved by adding an external
